And a nice one too. She was super helpful in answering questions and sent me the new patient forms to fill out immediately. When I arrived for my appointment, the front office ladies greeted me immediately. I thought they were very friendly and efficient. I was quickly escorted to an exam room (on time) and then got to meet Dr. Mora - my new primary care physician. I was just so impressed with how nice he was. Anyway that was a few months ago. And I wanted to add more to this review...I had routine lab work done and Dr. Mora's office ACTUALLY CALLED ME WITH THE RESULTS. Previously, I have always had to call myself or get the info myself on line after months had passed and I had not heard from my PC doctor. Then they even called me with my routine mamo results. It made me feel delighted that my doctor was actually monitoring my lab results. Then....the icing on the cake...I got a letter in the mail from their office. It was from the doctor! To be honest, I'm so glad to have made the switch. Firstly, they're all welcoming and seem like a pretty happy bunch. Just in that initial appointment with Dr. Kazi, I had concerns about my health physically and mentally and she addressed both and laid out a plan to assess me for abit, then go from there. Which was perfectly understandable. I walked away feeling heard and not dismissed.
