I was told it was going to be performed by their technician. Turns out it has to be done by SCE and that had not been scheduled. After I called again, SCE was finally notified. SCE arrived several days later to discover the cables were too short to install the meter. Now I have wait again for OC solar to come out again and fix this issue and wait again for SCE to finally install the meter so that I can use my new system. I hope the system works.
