I asked if they match the price, they looked at my phone, moved my screen around and told me I had a subscribe and save price, which I did not, it was a sale price. After staff spoke to their manager they did not honor the online price so I bought it from Amazon for quite a bit less. I was trying specifically to support a local store but this store, while nice and clean and with good hours, does not honor their own websites prices? I could have purchased it online and picked up at the store so it makes no sense. They lost a long term customer and the manager couldn't be bothered to even come out of his back office room. Very sad, I even asked would you rather me order from Amazon and they had me walk out. They do not care about the customer, they must think little of us.
