They offer a nice breakfast bar, which the Westport location has now terminated. This location also seems to have more products geared to Whole Food's original mission and has items I've not seen in the other Connecticut stores. Their gluten free dessert selection both fresh and frozen is absolutely stellar as is their dairy and non meat fresh section. The parking is logistically much better than the others locations as well. Sadly the check out clerks are still unconscious about offering bags to customers checking out with only 1 or 2 items. Sure it's great you offer $0.10 off per bag brought, but how about educating consumers they don't need new bags that will only further pollute the planet.
