Soon after we have it set up and running in the bedroom excitement quickly turns to disappointment . Dealbreakers include a strangely small soundstage , stereo only ( ! ) and a serious lack of bass . I know i know it's their most compact and affordable i.e. entry-level soundbar but simply put it just doesn't even come close to the performance of their other products . In fact even the Sonos One sounds better than this so-called " budget " model . But thanks to BB's no fuss in-store return policy at least we don't have to worry about shipping it back or anything . The appliance suffered severe, irreparable structural and electrical damage. Allstate sent a technician from Kirpal Calgary to assess the damage. This technician conducted a completely negligent review. Despite visible charring, compromised internal components, and exposed electrical wiring sticking out of the unit, the technician claimed the appliance "looks good." It was abundantly clear that his only priority was collecting his service call fee, showing an absolute disregard for safety, liability, and professional ethics. I have provided numerous photographic records and video evidence clearly demonstrating that this appliance is a total loss and a severe fire hazard. It is deeply concerning that Allstate is choosing to accept the word of a negligent third-party contractor over indisputable photographic proof.

She looked at us oddly and we told her that the machine was frozen. She seemed not to understand what we said. She asked us if we used a physical card for LD Extra, and she said it was good that we did not use a physical card for LD Extra because some people do that. We were surprised to hear that because there is not a points card for LD; the staff and the machines usually ask for our phone number. She was confusing and did not know about the rewards program. If she was helpful, she could have checked that machine before she questioned us. This is not the first time that the self check-out machines wasted our time; the self check-out machines at this LD always had problems (e.g. it showed 'Call for attendant' when we did not press the button; it did not go to the next screen after we pressed a button on the screen (it just kept spinning)) and there is always no staff available at the self check-out area for assistance.

This store is a life saver!…read more We are contractors and had a job on Orcas Island. We had never been to Orcas before and were unfamiliar with the area. Before we set out for the island, I looked up local hardware stores (just in case). I found Island Hardware & Supply, called them to make sure they would have what we MIGHT need, hopped in the truck and got on the ferry. OF COURSE it turned out that we DID need some items, so we set off for the Hardware store. We got lost and ended up at the little hardware store in East Sound - we thought we were at the right store, but they didn't have any of the supplies we needed. We were pretty confused until I found out from a local resident that the little hardware store in East Sound is on North Beach Road, and the big hardware store (Island Hardware) is on West Beach Road. So we hopped back in the truck again, and set out to find Island Hardware. (yes, we got losat again...but eventually figured it out) We were so relieved when we located the store and were able to purchase the supplies we needed, because we were thinking that we would have to get on the ferry and drive to the home depot in Mt Vernon (that would have taken forever). Island Hardware had all the stuff we wanted, lumber, tools, big bolts, lag screws, plumbing supplies etc. They even have a couple of little gas pumps which was handy for us. We had the occassion to go back up to Orcas for round two of the job which was exterior painting. The paint we purchased needed to be re-tinted at the last minute. We remembered that Island Hardware had a paint department and took the buckets of paint to them with our fingers crossed. Even though we didn't buy the paint from them, they happily re-tinted it for us...I thought that was pretty generous and excellent customer service!
