They seem to be the type to put just one of each size out to make you feel like you're getting the LAST ONE. I am super sensitive to scents due to migraines, and it was very aromatic in there. So if strong smells are a trigger for you, I'd avoid it. The price points seem to be $60-$115 from the items I loved. Even the clearance rack was still $50-$80 for things. But the issue I had, was that there were VERY limited items for anyone over XL. I'm an XL, but if something fits snug, I'll size up, but that isn't an option here. None of the items I tried on, worked for me, and they don't have a large selection of smaller accessories or other items I could spend my gift certificate on, so I left with nothing and still have $50 to spend at some point.

I was told she would "test" it and she did so proclaiming the ring 10K and offering me 39 dollars for it. I said no thanks and went to another gold buyer right in Janesville over by Big Apple Bagels. He tested it and it was 14k and he paid me 51 dollars for it. She was a rude, unattractive woman trying desperately to cling to her misspent youth with 90's hair and creature nails. He was polite, honest, friendly and a vet of the Iraq war. Also, the lady never gave me my ten dollars for coming in. Stay far away from these rude, dishonest, nasty people.

Someone…read moreat the store even told me a product hadn't come out yet that was supposed to release on my birthday I saw it at other stores, and it had released on time. I was told by the staff repeatedly it was pushed back for release. When I brought it up for the 6th time, they finally decided to get the product ordered that I had paid for in advance. RECENTLY. I went back to this store thinking it couldn't have been worse than that. I bought some Dragon Shield sleeves that were manufactured to be a few mm too small for standard cards. When I went to address the issue with the store they told me to take care of it online with the manufacturer rather than swapping the product. I was told "If nothing is damaged on the box we don't handle it." Now I'm emailing the manufacturer as I was told... and finding out the manufacturer does not replace product, but offers reimbursements ONLY IF THE STORE IN QUESTION IS UNWILLING TO HELP. In other words your store should have handled the issue and refused to by admission of the manufacturers own policy. Your employee either lied, or just was unwilling to help. Thanks for taking my $20 for sleeves no refunds. Assholes.
