In the 2005 model, it's a good idea to get the water pump done and save on labor costs later and they also replaced instead of just inspected some of the internals where most places try to cut end costs to the customer there. They never act hurried or impatient, and when an issue arises on their end, they are apologetic and strive to make things right. Thursday still no word until I called again and was told they were going to to try to get it looked at that day. Then when they finally did (Friday) they said it was the battery, charged me $70 to install!!!! They also never addressed or fixed the ticking noise (2nd time I've asked them to fix and still ticking away til this day). So almost 4 days of them keeping my car for a battery. Their service has definitely gone downhill. A few years ago I would've recommended them to everyone, but now I recommend you avoid.
