I've used them for a while and the service continues to decline. Not friendly for one. It takes a week for your clothes to be ready, and the last few times I've been they haven't been ready, so the last time I waited four extra days and they STILL weren't ready. No apologies, just not ready. I'm sure they work very hard, but for the prices they charge they should hire help. It's time to find a more reliable dry cleaner. Too frustrating for me. read more

The cleaners are always on time, always clean, and they are cheaper than surrounding areas.

Prices went up quality and service went down. Said no guarantee on stains for laundered cloths and after they pressed it with high heat the stain was set. Took it home hit it with some generic stain treatment and it came right out. This is not the first time either, I don't think they wash half the cloths just press and wrap send it out. read more

I want to give this place a better review because they do a good job with dry cleaning but this is the third time in a row that I have brought some clothing items to get dry cleaned and was promised to get items back in a week. I came back a week as promised but items were not ready. It happened again the second time and again the third time. If you can't have items ready in a week, they should be open and honest about it. Avoid this place if you can. I dropped off a blazer and blouse. Was promised they would be ready on Saturday. I wasn't able to pick them up that day so I went back the following Wednesday only to be told that they weren't ready. The lady told me that they had been cleaned, but that they forgot to press them and she told me to come back later. I returned the following Monday and asked if I'd be receiving a discount since my items weren't ready at the promised time. She told me no and denied telling me that they'd forgot to press my items. Her story now is that they were backed up and "tried" to get to my things. She had an arrogant attitude and when I asked her if customer service even mattered to her, she just shrugged her shoulders. This happens to be the closest cleaners between my work and home. I needed to have 5 costs and 1 blouse dry cleaned. I came in and the lady behind the counter did NOT greet me whatsoever, simply asked for the last four of my phone number. I hadn't been there in well over 5 years so she had to renter my info in the computer. After seeing the receipt, the cost was less than I thought, good to know. The shop was a bit messy with bits of paper and trash along the carpeted floor. I will revise my review as soon as I get my clothes back( 4 days from now) & review as I see fit. I wish I could leave negative stars but Yelp does not allow. I took in 5 shirts to be cleaned and I received back 5 shirts that we're still dirty but pressed. The gentleman that I spoke to said they dont scrub stains out. They put the clothes in the washer, dryer, and then press. He stated that's why they only charge 2.35 to clean. I said if I wash these at home they get cleaner than this. He said how much an hr do most employees get. I said what does that matter. If I pay your fee to clean my shirt I expect a clean shirt. He said again the wash, dry, press, dont scrub stains out. We were getting nowhere so I left. Please stay away from this place. read more

I hate to give a bad review since the lady was very nice but it's only fair to the good businesses who try harder. Long story short, dropped off 2 shirts and after 7 attempts to pick it up I was finally able to get my items cleaned and back after 2 weeks. Also a bit pricey. This is the closest cleaners to us but I won't be returning. read more

I have read the negative reviews posted here, and decided that a positive was needed to offset them. I have used this cleaner multiple times, with very good results. Today when I went to drop off, there were some beads on my dress that I was dropping that needed removal. The very kind lady (I believe she is the owner) lent me a seam ripper, and stood there and helped me remove all the beads. WAY above normal customer service. I will return, and I am positive the future reviews will be just as positive. read more

This place is run by a family (husband and wife do all the work). Because only 2 people work, sometimes they are in the back and can't hear you in the front due to machinery. (Maybe get to know the place before you drop your clothes off??) If you know good quality, you will know that this place does a great job. Take your money to some cheap cleaners, you will know what i mean. I've been dropping mine and my husbands clothes off here for years- no complaints. I also dropped off my wedding dress here to be cleaned and preserved and I have no complaints. They even allowed me to check to make sure my dress was clean before they boxed it for me. read more

I think their prices are great. My husband used to complain about smelling a chemical odor while sitting at his desk, but he hasn't complained since we have been with Sunny Cleaners! I have taken 120 shirts, some suits, pants and sport coats over the last 6 months. the mom at front is always pleasant. I see her husband working in the back and her special needs children there doing school work. The clothes are done nicely and I feel like I'm helping a local family business. It takes a lot for me to post a review, especially a negative one. When my regular dry cleaner shut down, I was forced to find another. Unfortunately this is the closest dry cleaner to my house. I have dropped off multiple times and have yet to ever feel like my business is appreciated (no hello, how may I help you, thank you for coming in). The last three times I have dropped off my clothes were not ready on the date that they said they would be. Neither time did they show any concern or offer any discount or apology for the wasted trip and subsequent return trip. This last time I even came a day later than when they were supposed to be ready and surprise, they were not ready again. When I asked I was simply told that they missed six shirts with no apology or attempt at caring. This time I had to inconvenience my wife to make the return trip to pick up the last garments that I will ever take to this place. read more

Zero stars if I could!!!!! Arrived at the store with no one to be found. Had to say "hello!" Multiple times before someone came out. The woman immediately asked my phone number and I instead asked if the two garments could be ready on Friday (3 days later). She seemed annoyed with the question but said that they would be ready. I pointed out several stains and she took no note of the stains or acted like she cared. After I left I realized the ticket she gave me said the garments would not be ready until after 5:00 pm on Friday! It would have been nice of her to explain that when I told her they needed to be ready on Friday. I never dreamed they would be ready so late in the day. My husband went to pick up the garments at 4:00 pm on Friday and sure enough they weren't ready. I don't understand how this place can cut things this close and not have them ready an hour before their due date when they had the garments for 3 full days. He returned again at 6:00 and they could not find his shirt anywhere. He had to pull the shirt up on the internet to show them what it looked like. After a long time waiting, the shirt was finally found and the woman was seen quickly pressing it in the back. She was not apologetic and did not care at all that she inconvenienced us. The stains on both garments were not removed and we are pretty sure the shirt wasn't even dry cleaned and they just pressed it really fast once they found it. We will NEVER go back again. They need to work on organization and having much better customer service. read more

This company never delivers on time. Every time I have used them my clothes weren't even started the day after promised delivery. They charge twice as much for a woman's cotton button down than a man's even when they are same style, without a lot of tailoring for curves. I do NOT recommend using this service. read more
