Attendant told me she could have it done in 2 hours and asked me if I would tip her before services. I gave her $10 dollars thinking it would ensure she would do a good job. BIG MISTAKE and lesson learned. After 2 hours I checked in on my laundry and was immediately met with an attitude she explained that she would call me and not to come in asking about my laundry. At 7:10 I finally came in and asked for my laundry whether it was folded or not. She had folded maybe 1/4 of my laundry by that point which had to be redone because everything was inside out. She was rude even after a tip, took 5 hours and didn't even complete the job. Extremely disappointed will never use again or return.

As a senior citizen and a veteran, I value businesses that appreciate long time customers. Many cleaners offer loyalty programs, senior discounts, or veteran appreciation pricing. I would love to continue bringing my clothes here, but I'm hoping you can consider offering something that recognizes your regular customers and improves the consistency of the cleaning. I had not been to a laundry mat in over 12 years and things have definitely changed. I went in with the intention of dropping off two very large fluffy comforters for wash but the attendant was helpful and suggested I could have them both washed and dried in under an hour. She helped me set up my machine and explained how they work. You can use change or the electronic pad that takes card. In 45 minutes, both of my huge comforters were washed and dried for $12. I will return here again. Great service and everything was very clean.

They open everyday at 5am. The place gets pretty busy but it's super clean. They have ample folding platforms and enough baskets for use. They have many large and super large washers and dryers. They do have a change machine to get quarters. They also have a vending machine for supplies if you forget yours. They always have an employee on duty that actually helps you and is friendly. I'll be coming here until hubby decides to fix our dryer or buy another.

They have 2, 4, and 6 load capacity washers with prices ranges based on needs (also varies with setting if going between light or heavy launder requirements). Went late morning and was not too busy, the 4 load capacity washers were all in use so I had to use a 6 which was more suited to what I had brought anyhow. Highly recommended and will be back for future use.

The two ladies who were here were cleaning the laundromat, making sure there wasn't dust anywhere including the game machine in the front. They were also wiping down the folding tables and seating area. They're very attentive to cleanliness. I mean it is a laundromat, right? lol They also have folding services for those that don't want to fold their clothes. They do a phenomenal job with that as well. If you need change for smaller bills, laundry bags, laundry detergent, softener, and bleach, they have it. It's my go to laundromat. Restrooms are in the back, but you must ask for them to unlock the door.

She is so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and runs a really clean laundromat. My one complaint is that the company itself does not keep up with their building. You can tell this from the old rusty bases of the washing machines, the walls that desperately need to be painted and repaired, as well as the condition of the ceiling tiles among other things that are the responsibility of the owners of Wash Land. In my case, I go before 9am on Saturday and usually I'm there with 3 other washers. The owner is super sweet. Her looks and walk may be deceiving. She looks like a mad lady, but she has a heart of gold and definitely will strike up a convo with you. This is my hand car wash location of choice! Self-service that is. The vaccum is only $1 too...love it! Awesomeness :)
