I have two rescue pups that have had many health issues over the years and have required some major surgeries and extensive vet care. I am also at the vet monthly for an injection for one of my dogs. I have never in ten years and countless vet visits had a negative experience. Dr. Daniels is very knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to all her patients. I without a doubt trust that she is always giving me and my dogs optimal, individualized and informed care that is best for them and our family. Marie at reception is always soo helpful and sweet any time we call or come in, it's always a joy to see her when we arrive. Selena is our absolute favorite tech, my dogs love her and she's great with my more fearful dog but every vet tech there is top notch, Angie and Katie are great. The staff is always kind, compassionate and going above and beyond for not just me but I see it for other patients while I'm there, since I am there a lot. I would and do recommended Dr. Daniels to anyone that asks and I will continue to see her for as long as I'm a pet parent and she's a veterinarian.

I brought zena to you in my arms , in my arms! . She was paralyzed, I was distraught, my German shepherd was dying!! You didn't care, all you cared about was an appointment, rabies shot up to date. I stood there holding her in my arms arguing with your staff. I was told bluntly do you have an appointment? Do I have an appointment? Are you kidding me?? She is not up to date with her rabies shot! Doctor is not in! . My German shepherd was dying!!! We should have left you yrs and yrs ago . You took thousands from us . Your staff kept saying you saved Bo's life! Our other doggie . We saved Bo's life. You didn't do anything except draw blood over and over and over again and then you gave up on him. You just bled us dry. We were told to put him to sleep . We didn't and he is with us . So happy you are gone from our remaining dogs lives! I brought in a dying German shepherd and your staff didn't bat an eyelid ! North port stay away from them. My poodle had an abscessed tooth and her muzzle was swollen. (My former now vet couldn't get her in until Monday). The vet techs Heather and Kenady were very professional and courteous. Dr.Norris was outstanding in treating our Lily and answered all our questions professionally and explained the treatment process. We will now be taking our pets to Charlotte Animal Hospital.
