I began the rental process and paid a cleaning deposit, first month's rent, and a security deposit. Shortly afterward, I discovered the mobile home had multiple health and safety hazards that were cited by the gas company. Because of these issues, I did not sign the lease or move in. Despite this, Mark Galbraith kept my money ($2,025) and stopped returning my calls/texts. I reported the situation to the Brighthaven Estates manager, Ron. While he was very pleasant and said he would follow up, I never heard back. This leads me to believe that management is aware of -- and allowing -- owners to rent out unsafe mobile homes.

Having Jaime Gibson as our manager and staunch supporter is the icing on the cake. She listens to all of our comments and finds the best solution to satisfy both corporate owners and the people in this community. Very professional in all she does. The park itself is getting upgraded on a continuous basis.. New homes are coming in to replace where much older homes have been taken away for our safetty. Our clubhouse is now home to the office making it easy to connect. Mailroom & laundry room are being repaired after a water leak! I (we) couldn't be happier with Jaime's commitment to us and our community. She has made the transition from a 55+ park to an All age park, easy to understand. I love this location the quiet & private location of Cielo Grande, I have never had any issues with any management in any way in 6 years. It is hard to go, but I must. My place, a spacious 1 bed 1 bath is for sale on Facebook Marketplace currently. I will be trying to list it elsewhere. I just don't have the money. This is a great park with heated pool and hot tub & many other amenities. So, i am aware of bad reviews, but honestly, I've paid my rent and never had one issue in 6 years.Also, they got rid of the last manager guy, who was trouble, and the new manager(a year or so) is a pretty decent guy,Charlie. We have 2 pools, 1 indoor, 1 outdoor, They have a Billiards Room, A Library with internet and copy machines, They have a shuffle board court, They have places to wash your car, and even air for your tires. I was ready to purchase a home in the park, the drawback being it was located in the "No Pets" area. The Americans With Disabilities website states that under the "Housing Act" accomodations must be made for disabled people with an "Emotional Support Animal" . If this is not done, it is considered discrimination and they can be sued. This is exactly what I plan on doing. I see by the reviews that others have had bad experiences with her. Shame on the company for employing her, and shame on her for being so rude and hateful. I would not live there now if the lot rent was free.
