I've had several disappointing experiences trying to redeem a Groupon at this massage business recently in the past few months. This was never and issue before. When I called to schedule an appointment for the weekend, I was told they could only accept 10 Groupon customers per weekend and that they had already reached their limit. I was also informed that they only accepted card or cash payments, which was confusing since this restriction was not clearly disclosed on Groupon. After I pointed out that these limitations were not mentioned in the Groupon listing and stated that I would be contacting Groupon about the issue, the conversation suddenly changed. I was then told that they could in fact accept the Groupon and that an appointment was available. Unfortunately, the experience became even more uncomfortable after the massage. I left a $10 tip, which I felt was appropriate, but the therapist appeared unhappy with the amount and told me, "This is no good." I found that comment unprofessional and inappropriate. Tips are voluntary, and no customer should be made to feel pressured or criticized for the amount they choose to leave. The inconsistency regarding the Groupon, combined with the uncomfortable interaction about the tip, left a negative impression. Businesses should be transparent about any restrictions, honor the terms they advertise, and treat customers respectfully regardless of whether they are using a Groupon or how much they choose to tip. I've been a regular customer for the past few years and it makes me sad to say that I will not be returning. read more

My massage here was amazing, I got a Groupon that was recommended from a friend. I was received right away. At the end I looked to see that the lady in the front was waiting for me pacing back and forth to catch me. I went to the bathroom and came back to the front. Towards the front she proceeded to ask for payment again or tip. I told her that i had already payed and that tip. Was given in the room. Don't force someone to tip. It's optional When you beg it doesn't make someone wanna tip. Just fyi. read more

We've been here twice for couples massages, yes we recommend. The first time I had a male, I feel like they're too strong for me. I had a female the 2nd time, perfect strength. We used a Groupon for a 90 minute couples massage. It was not expensive. The warm oil and hot rocks felt good. The quality of choice for where on the body and how lightly the pressure would be could be selected on a diagram on the computer in the lobby which was printed out for the masseur to reference so there were no misunderstandings. The vibe was chill but professional. My experience was an 8/10 with my tech and my wife rated it a 6/10 because the finger pokes were unpleasant with her tech. We were given a little Dixie cup of water rather than hot tea after which was unusual. We are probably not going to return. read more

I gave a 3/5 bc my massage was good however my wife's was way too light, more of a body rub. The main reason for the 3 stars is bc I got a groupon deal and when I called in to schedule we agreed to a time but once I told her it was a Groupon her attitude changed immediately and she then proceeded to tell Me there was no availability that day which I contested strongly but then she used her "language barrier" to her advantage and hung up on me. Do not waist your time! Had an appointment at 5 pm and pushed up back because their earlier appointment was late. Very unprofessional. And then we had a voucher and they wouldn't accept it because their app was down and she was only accepting cash. The massage was very nice! I requested it to be medium and whoever massaged me did exactly the right amount. The parlor itself was kind of stuffy for my taste. However, the service was conflicting for me. The person working at the front counter came off very nice and welcoming at the beginning.. then at the end of my massage she opened the door to look at me while I still had nothing on to cover the top part of my body. No bra or anything just bare to tell me to hurry up because there were other people waiting. Very unprofessional and rude. I know I didn't take that long to get into my clothes. That experience definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Please don't open doors to the massage rooms when your guests say not to come in. read more

She did great and asked me along the way what I preferred Only thing I was disappointed about was how when I went to tip, (I was going to tip 20% of the total amount I paid), the front desk lady asked "oh could you give us some more?"
