Was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. I got the hour and a half special definitely will…read morebe back again. Room was quiet n relaxing

I came here yesterday and had an appointment with Peter at 4:30pm, I always use the restroom before…read morethe massage so as I was walking back, I'm walking through their break room and you can hear the washing machine running, the restroom was kinda cluttered. They had me at the first room by the front with curtain as a door. When he was massaging my backside, I kept hearing this faint voice like someone was watching a show, every time he is close to my head I can hear it and he has this weird breathing like he was gasping for air or like a panting thirsty dog. I couldn't relax. That's when I looked up and see that he didn't even close the curtains, I asked him why didn't he close it ? He says because there's nobody there. Is not that nobody is there, is the consistent thought of no privacy and the feeling that someone could look in any time. So I asked him to close it. Why pay more for privacy when they don't even close the curtains ? And those little voices are the iPod he has in his ear, he was listening to some show for the 40 minutes when he was massaging me, he wasn't even concentrating. And his knuckles were rough like sand paper when he was massaging my back, it was horrible. For a medium build like Peter, he has boney forearms, when he was using one arm to roll up and down my back rib cage, it hurts. The whole 90 minutes was a waste of time and money, he's not good. His pressure is hard on one side but soft on the other side, is not consistent. He also burned me with the hot stones, he left it on the back of my calves and it got burned. Maybe he forgot he left it there when he was so into his show ? After it was over, he waited in the front with a tiny cup of cold water, the cup you get at the doctor's office when they give you a pill, that's how small the cup is lol. I gave him $30 tips because I feel bad for him, because when I was waiting at the front before the massage, 3 big African American ladies only tipped him $5, waves it to him like he's a $5 stripper, that was so wrong. Seriously ladies ? $5 tips for 90 minutes massage? Are you at a restaurant ? Is one on one, 90 minutes of kneading your fat azz. Is hard work. For an hour of good work is $10-$20 per hour tips, not the 20 %, y'all so used to. If you can't afford to tip at least $10 an hour, stay home. Do you think he's getting that $50 per hour massage ? Of course not, that's for the owner, they work for tips. $5 is not going to feed their family, and you can't even get a Happy Meal at McDonald's. Tip them well when they do a good job, don't be like those 3 ladies, CHEAP. I was there at 7/12 @ 4:25 pm. You 3 big ladies was leaving and I'm the guy that said "wow busy ". Yeah I called you CHEAP lol Good luck to the rest of y'all coming here. And the young lady in the front with the streak green hair, smile a little, it makes the customers feel welcome to your store.

John is really a great therapist! He works his unique way to…read morerelease tension on my back. Sadly this place increases the price so much. 30 mins massage is nearly the price of 60 mins massage some other good places.

Wow! This is not a place to relax at while getting a massage. My sister and I came today because…read moreshe insisted this was a great place. So after years without going for a massage due to Covid, I decided to get a much needed massage. I paid for a 1-hour full body reflexology massage and my sister paid for a 1-hour table massage (or whatever it's called). The lady who might be the owner, covers the front desk, answers all phone calls, greets incoming customers, and oversees the cash register decided to be the one who would do my massage. But during less than 20 minutes of her "massaging me", she received phone calls and text messages, walked away to greet customers who came in, and kept speaking to the other man that works here while he was massaging my sister. Needless to say these interruptions caused her to take time away from what I paid for and lose her focus on what she was supposed to be massaging (she did not massage any of my fingers on right hand before moving to my feet). This is not an ideal way of making your customers feel relaxed. I came here to be relaxed and feel good during my short visit, but due to all of the interruptions and lack of pressure from her while massaging me and lack of lotion/oil to make the massage smoother while rubbing her skin against mine (felt like minor rug burns when she actually applied a little pressure) I started to feel upset and tense. I decided to speak up and ask her to just stop the massage because I wasn't able to relax and enjoy what I came in for. She seemed very confused as to why, I told her due to the amount of interruptions I cannot relax and enjoy what I paid for. I appreciate that she honored my request to refund me for the remaining time I had paid for; but I will NEVER return to this establishment again, I will stick to another location that's 10 minutes away. I don't mind paying the prices they have here, that was not the issue by any means, I didn't get the experience I paid for. Maybe others will have better luck here, but I know for certain this is not a place I recommend and I know for a fact there are many options nearby to check out instead. Ps They do not put any linens on the massage chairs/tables, just put a small towel on top of you.

This place is amazing! The main massage therapist was previously a doctor in China so she knows so…read moremuch about the body and anatomy, which is the key to how she relieves & eliminates pain through massage. I'm a recent 21-year USAF SMSgt Retiree and I am finally getting real pain relief, not just more pills and useless physical therapy like I received on Active Duty. So far I've had 5 1 hour massages for pinched nerves in my neck, lower back, and hip and the the massages are reducing the intensity and frequency of my pain. The massage techniques are quite honestly the best I've ever had. It is not just a massage, it is more like targeted pain relief for real medical problems such as muscle spasms, joint pain, pinched nerves, etc. Also, on several occasions 2 massesues work on the alignment and stretching on my back/spine, hips and joints almost like a chiropractor. Loved it all. Best part about all of these massages is because I am a disabled Veteran/Retiree, the VA is paying for these treatments in full. Even if the VA didn't pay I would still go here as prices are great, only $60 for 60 minute massage treatment. My wife goes her and pays herself and she also loves the massage.

I found the rarest of rare ... a massage practice that made me more stressed and upset than when I…read morewalked in. A bit of background: I've been coming here for more than 3 years, including once with my wife. Every time I come in I ask for Mai. So imagine my surprise when I gave her my establishment card with stamps on it entitling me to $9 off a massage. She told me she thought I had stamped the card myself. She accused me of somehow finding her parlor's stamp at Walmart and forging the card, all to save $9. She told me the police would agree...but then let me come in anyway for a foot massage. If she treats a (previously) loyal customer like me with like this, imagine how she'll treat you? Frisk you to see if you stole a washcloth? Accuse you of kidnapping Elvis? She brushed off my complaints with, "well we're going for insurance massages now." I guarantee you if you file an insurance claim from here, you're going to wish you went to another massage practice. Walk in this door and quake. Because here, the motto is, "The Customer is Always Wrong."
