I made an appointment for a massage through text, just as I always have in the past. I confirmed my appointment and even called ahead, so everything seemed set. However, when I arrived, I was told I no longer had an appointment because I "took too long to respond." It was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after taking the time to confirm beforehand. I would be careful about purchasing gift cards or prepaying for services here if appointments may not be honored unless they're not busy. Purchased the usual Groupon offer and made an appointment via text message. We purchased a couple massage and confirmed a 3:00pm appointment. When we arrived, the receptionist claimed we didn't have an appointment. We showed her the text exchange and she confirmed the phone number. We also showed her proof of purchasing the Groupon. At this time, she suggests that we purchase another couples treatment in store. We declined, as we had already purchased a treatment. She then called the manager and asked that we speak with them. The manager then explained that they are not accepting the Groupons because the price is different when you purchase in store.... I'm sorry, but isn't that the point of a Groupon? Furthermore, one of the staff members confirmed the appointment and it's never been an issue before. I understand the price difference, however if you offer a Groupon for customers to buy, that should be honored. If not, remove the ad/Groupon from the website. Personally I feel as though they wanted to buy a whole new service in store rather than accept what we already purchased. Needless to say, I won't be returning. So, just as a heads up, don't purchase their Groupon. It won't be accepted. read more

I would have loved it if I wouldn't be constantly hassled to get extra services during my massage. I feel like I didn't relax at all , as I was constantly being interrupted with do you want cbd oil? I said no, then here goes second and third attempt and finally just to quiet the massage person I agree. Midway massage " You want cupping?" I said no. Second attempt with a long explanation of why I should get cupping, I said No the second time , the final no that was accepted was the third time. Then came the foot massage at $20 dollars more . Pretty solid massage place. Came here on a weekday afternoon and they were able to take me in right away. The massage was fine - even though I indicated deep tissue instead of Swedish (which costs $5 more), they didn't really get my knots out. But the massage was nice since it came with a quick 2 minute body scrub near the end of the massage (they use hot towels to get off the scrub). My main issue with this place is logistics -- over the phone I told them no hot stones and she I got there I again said no hot stones (this was after they couldn't find my appointment after a few times of looking up my number). But during my massage they ended up doing hot stones before I reminded them again not to. During the massage, they asked me if I wanted CBD oil without a price, and before the massage she said a membership was cheaper than a regular massage. They also charged $2 for using a card without indicating it over the phone initially when I called to ask about prices and also again did not show that fee on their price list. read more

I decided to try this place because of all the great reviews and the hype surrounding it, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the moment my spouse and I entered the "private" massage room, things felt rushed. We were given what felt like only a minute to get undressed before a staff member opened the curtain while I was still changing. Throughout the appointment, people were constantly walking by, and because the curtains don't fully close, there was little to no privacy. I also found it impossible to relax because my massage therapist repeatedly interrupted the massage to ask if I wanted to purchase add-on services, even after I had already declined several times. The rooms are not fully enclosed, so you can hear conversations from other guests and staff the entire time, which completely takes away from the relaxing atmosphere. What made me the most uncomfortable was that my massage therapist pulled my underwear down so low that nearly half of my buttocks were exposed. Since my spouse was receiving a massage in the same room from a male therapist, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable. At one point, my therapist also left the room to get hot stones and towels, leaving me uncovered while the curtain remained wide open. When the massage ended, I began getting dressed, but my therapist stood right outside the curtain where she could see me changing because, again, there was no real privacy. As my spouse and I were leaving, my therapist followed us to the front desk, spoke to the receptionist in another language, and then the receptionist asked if we would like to leave a tip. Having my therapist follow us out and essentially ask for a tip felt very awkward and uncomfortable. Overall, this was not the relaxing experience I expected. The lack of privacy, constant interruptions, and uncomfortable situations throughout the appointment made me wish I had left halfway through. I will not be returning and would not recommend this spa to anyone looking for a private, relaxing massage experience. read more

First time there showed up due to the google reviews they had us sign in said it would be a 15 minute wait time so I thought great no problem. 30 minutes later still had me waiting in their tiny lobby and more people arrived to get a massage in which they signed in just like me as a new customer but for whatever reason the spa took them back before us and claimed they had an appointment but I over heard the couple state they didn't?! I was feeling a lot of foot pain from a day of wearing heels and walked in for a foot massage. It was overall a decent massage, but I wish they used a little more pressure -- about half the time it felt like the massage therapist was just sweeping her hands over my feet. But I did notice that my foot pain was significantly reduced, and that it took less time for my feet to feel back to normal. The massage therapist continuously asked me if I wanted a full body massage instead, even though I said I only wanted a foot massage. I told her yes. Once I got home I realized they charged my card an extra $35 for some reason. So I was charged $90 for a 60 min massage, and an extra random $35 charge. In case you readers have not experienced it. First you soak your feet in warm water, then the hall massage my head, sinus areas, scalp, neck. Then she would dry off feet, then massage feet and legs. My knee was killing me and I limped in. So gal noticed, and I made sure she knew I was in pain. I don't remember much about the feet and legs because I was snoring most of the time hahaha. Then she turned me over, and really stretched my back, loosened my neck and shoulders, worked on my lower back, then legs again. She tried stretching my leg but gentle with the knee the hurt. When I got up to pay, my knee was getting good. Ai since I was relaxed, and stretched, I decided to visit a chiropractor nearby, they took me in, got adjusted with no problem. I think getting this for massage for only 40.00 for an hour was well worth it. So I have her more than 40% tip. read more

Reasonable prices unfortunately, one of the rooms we were has thin walls and although the instrumental music is soothing and relaxing; you can hear the conversations of patrons and workers going on next door. We set up three appointments in one day. The first two for our guys were great. The attention to detail and shiatsu-style massage was great on their backs. It was only for an hour, but no complaints on the pressure and massage! The third massage was okay--masseuse was light and I had to keep asking to increase the pressure. I ordered the one hour deep tissue ($60) instead of regular cost, $50-and the gal did okay. However, I'll probably ask for one of the other ladies who services the guys.
