They scheduled and rescheduled a repair several different times. Matthew Schmitt gave multiple personal reasons for these reschedules (the parts house ordered the wrong parts, my kids mom didn't pick them up on time, my brother died, my son was rushed to the ER, I'm having a mental breakdown.) I'm now forced to find another repair company but they all want to see a leak detection report first. Save yourself the trouble and find another company to begin with.
