So, I hired Robert to install his Pool-Seal and I absolutely love it. And the price was not only very reasonable, it took him just a few hours to complete and I was swimming in my pool that evening. When I got to talking to him, I realized that his Pool-Seal can be used for other applications as well. So, in the future I plan on calling him back to re-do the expansion joints on my sidewalk and my driveway as well. I love the look and posted photos so you could see yourself. I had Robert handle the install because I've been so busy lately, but he reassured me that if I wanted to do the sidewalk and driveway myself in the future since I like DIY projects. That I could buy the product needed. My pool was loosing over an inch of water everyday, which made the pump unable to run properly as water level was too low. Since freezing temperature continued, my pool became icy as well. Outdoor faucets got frozen so I was adding water by running a garden hose from the bathroom sink (while freezing cold outside air was coming in to my house), just to avoid getting the pump damaged from complete stop of its operation. I was desperate. So Tanner's advice over text messages even before scheduling the service really helped me relieved, as he was so responsive and answered to my questions!! We…read morehad a service guy weekly servicing our pool here in Rockwall, he broke our hose and attachment that connect to our sprinkler system, after we reported it to management and sent pictures and video, they said they would come out to fix it at no charge, it has been weeks now and has not been fixed even after 2 reminders. We have cancelled our service with them and will no longer be using them. I am outraged at this poor service and the lack of urgency to fix this. This is unacceptable.

So at first when we start. Service was ok. David come first…read moretime and explain a bit about the pool and the system. It was the first time I owned a pool. So I didn't know much. Then we got the big dallas storm. Take David something like 4 months to repair the manifold for the hot tub. So I was not able to use it for 4/5 months. But I totally understand. It was short on any supplies all over. So I can't blame him. How ever ever sense then. The service was not good. I don't know if it's something to do with where we located in Richardson. Or maybe my pool was a big and he didn't overcharge. I have no idea. But service was not good. The guy he send will come few min. Clean a bit. And run away. The pool was always dirty. And yellow on the ground. So many times I find my self going in to brash and clean. So many times. Every time I have an issue. I will let the service guy know. But he would never transfer that forward. Then I will have to text David and that take another week or two before maybe it's get taking care off. His guy will never basically check to make sure everything work. Or any leak. Will come. A bit Cleaniny. Some chemicals and run away. The pool lights never work. He never cared. The pool have a leak for months before I notice my water bill is high. The pool system was beeping for months before finally David was able to come take care of it. For months I will seat and watch a movie and the system will keep beeping. Not good service. For 4 months or so I inform David. That one of those things on the ground are cloth I have asked is your guy suppose to clean it ? His answer was yes. I was watching it. 3/4 months after. He still didn't clean it. I have pic to approve. I have sold the house lately. So I am glad I don't have to deal with it. But soon will build a new pool in my new house. I doubt it I will use north Texas pool again. I don't mind to pay a bit more but enjoy my pool. I did transfer the new owner david number if he want to use him. But just to be nice. I have a mix feeling about the service.

I collected pool update bids from several companies and chose Petri based on their customer…read moreratings, competitive pricing, ability to start the project fairly quickly and the professionalism of Mike Rakes who did the estimate. Before Petri started the project Brennan, assigned as my project manager, stopped by to meet me and check out the pool. Like Mike, a professional guy with solid, knowledgeable answers to my questions. Project-wise we missed a few days due to rain/thunderstorms but things generally ran to plan and Brennan routinely kept me informed of progress, next steps, timing, issues, etc. A really professional guy and an outstanding service provider/project manager. The one "surprise" was a leak caused by a repair company's attempt at a fix ten years prior. It didn't show up on a pressure test and as it turned out I couldn't have reasonably expected Petri's plumbers to detect it. Long story short the prior company had clearly done a shoddy repair job which led to a faulty pressure test reading. The resulting leak became obvious after I'd paid Petri's second invoice and all concerned were confident all leaks had been detected, fixed, and paid for. Imo it's now obvious that the old botched repair job caused most of my pool issues since 2012. Brennan ensured the leak was repaired quickly and, given the circumstances, at a fair, reasonable price. Imo Petri, while not at fault, proactively and professionally managed this issue to quick resolution. The project wrapped up today and our pool looks great, we're very happy with the project and would gladly recommend Petri to anyone in the market for a pool update. These guys are professionals. Ray

Looks like the bond was either not applied correctly, didn't get time to dry before the next layer was added or just poorly applied. I am not a pool professional, but I can now see the layers on the chunks of plaster off the bottom of my pool. I was unimpressed after about 6 months after the work was first completed. Trying to get a response after money was paid was impossible. May be good for pool cleaning, but I would NEVER invest in having them do another major pool job.
