All new again helped clean the water out when it was rushing into our home, moved all our stuff out, did complete remediation, documentation, and rebuild to our specifications. The documentation was especially important because our homeowners insurance did not want to pay. Documentation All New Again created was instrumental in proving the loss to insurance, and saved us from several pitfalls which would have resulted in us having to pay entirely out of pocket had we gone with a remediation provider that was less full-service. Amir, Vas, Alex, Vlad and Igor were our rebuilding team, and they did a great job returning our Bothell house to its exact original condition, as well as building our Kenmore house back to our specifications.
