Most of the food is bite size and perfect for a snack or for what I would figure are events. The cream cheese is hard to explain. It isn't too heavy or overwhelming. The sweet ones seem almost whipped and churned in with the sweeter ingredients. Most bagel shops I feel serve you globby cannoli or chocolate flavored cream cheese in heaps but the texture is just different. The bites - They have mini cookie sandwiches with cream cheese in the middle, chocolate covered bon bon truffle like things with cream cheese, little tarts. Hold on - wait for it - snack packs that resemble your favorite kid snacks like dunkaroos. But these are with teddy grahams! They come with the Beckaroos (cake batter), peanut butter jelly time, smores and chill, salty side, pb&j pretzel dip, gingerbread cookie, and dirt cups. We went with the traditional Beckaroos and the funfetti dip and were not disappointed. Bagels can also be ordered with their many flavors of cream cheese. They are on the small side but they also come loaded with tons of cream cheese, so honestly, I find the size kind of perfect. The loaded lox spread apparently sells out super fast and you should be on top of it and get there early as they make it fresh every day and its a store favorite. I went with the bacon, egg, and cheese and honestly its one of the best flavored cream cheeses I've had in my life (especially for a bacon cream cheese). It's not too overwhelming, slightly sweet with a hint of ketchup but so savory and fluffy and has chunks of egg whipped into it. I want to come back and try everything - especially peanut butter and the seasonal pumpkin, to name a few. There's not really any seating inside as it's just a cute little shop, but take your bagel to go or go sit out in Tompkin's Square Park.

We ordered a total of 30 quarter-sized bites which cost $27 (it would have been $34 without the seamless promo). I think that's a great deal considering these sell 3 for $3.50. They also have other treats like mini bagels with assorted cream cheese and dunkaroos for sale. Bite sized treats are available in 12 flavors. We opted for: the fruit and apple tart, cookies and cream bite, cappuccino bite, red velvet and funfetti cookiewich. I came first thing in the morning and they had my stuff all packed and ready to go! The shop is small, cozy, clean, and seats about 4 people comfortably. The best thing is you can dessert hop if you wanted to..Becky's, Big Gay Icecream, and mochii are all within walking distance! I have to add that their packaging is on point. They put cardboard separators to fit all your tarts in a single box and tape one down at the top of your desserts so that they're less likely to move around. You would think it's a no brainer but not every venue does this. One thing I agree with are past reviews about needing to be more eco friendly. For larger orders, they could use bigger baking cups to fit multiple bites or ask customers if they have a preference. THE VERDICT: We ate these during the end of a staff meeting but it took so much effort not to eat them beforehand because the bites give off a strong, lovely smell that reminds me of graham crackers. The cappuccino bites and funfetti cookiewich were office favorites. Folks said the cappuccino bite has a great aftertaste and preferred it over the cookies and cream bite. I felt that the other flavors were underwhelming. I couldn't taste much flavor in the red velvet cookiewich or in the fruit tart I tried. They were so neat, organized, communicated effectively, and they had been very accommodating to our requests. Of course everybody exclaimed how sumptuous the food was. When we started planning for an intimate dinner for 20 guests at home, I knew we wanted to have a 4-course sit-down dinner. I don't have anybody else in mind but Excuizine. They immediately sent us 3 menu sets that are quite put together. Surf and Turf, New American and Italian. And because we would need a rental vendor for our backyard reception, they also included flat wares, dinner wares and glass wares to be used for the dinner so all I had to do was send the list over to our rental vendor. (They were also Excuizine's recommendation, thank you!!) So convenient. Didn't I also mention that our cake was also made by Excuizine? Ahhh, super moist! I like the fact that I don't have to go anywhere else for our wedding cake. My whole family fell in love with Renee and the rest of the team from the beginning. I found her on Yelp and the reviews and photos were all favorable. I sent a Saturday email, she texted on Sunday about doing a call. 1 hour later we chatted, picked a preliminary menu, over the phone from her vast selection of flavors, styles, options, nationalities, cultures. It was tough because everything sounded delicious. As we talked and shared our passion for food with strong flavor- none of this frozen, breaded, bland appetizer options. It was clear to me that Chef Renee was going to bring taste to the table. She did not disappoint! All of the guest noted how good the food was and we were never so happy to have leftovers! I was further impressed with how she immediately did a quick contract with easy electronic payment. We inked the deal and in 24 hours I had my catering dilemma solved. Without any contact she showed up precisely as agreed. She and her team went to work fussing over the layout and set up of every little detail. They seemed as excited about the party as we were! Every detail was provided for and the cheese board was to die for! The food quantity was abundant and the baked goods are addictive. I know why she sells thousands of the chocolate crinkles! Most impressively, not a single person with dietary restriction felt like they were missing out in any way. Everything that made it onto the table was fresh, delicious, and perfectly presented.
