He told me three things that could be wrong with it and then told me if I pay 20 dollars he would clean the corroded battery. I told him I could do it myself and all of a sudden "they just had to tighten a bolt" and it miraculously started again. It went from "needing to pay for a new battery" to my "alternator " to corrosion. Granted, my battery was corroded but the whole thing seemed off. Not accusing them of scamming but this place needs significantly better communication with their paying costumers. Wouldn't even let me look at the battery because "policy".

I put a claim in with Valvoline and they are currently giving me a hard time... not wanting to make good for the damage they caused. Stay away from this company. Their customer service is the worst by far. They don't care about taking responsibility or making good on their errors. I assume they are just looking to take advantage of people to make a buck.
