I noticed when I was home and read the label. The quantity and dosage was correct but they changed the amount per day from 4x to 2x. Needless to say, I didn't have enough medication and ran out early since they cut it in half! We will never use this pharmacy again and will go elsewhere next time.

No communication. I sent in a refill several times and they just cancel it. And don't call. One…read morepharmacist tells me I can pick my prescription up the next day and the pharmacist on duty that day tells me I can't because insurance won't pay. This same pharmacist shorted me 60 pills on a prescription. some staff do not understand what you are telling them. They never ever pick up the phone. I've left messages and they don't call back. I've been a customer of cvs for 30 years and rarely had issues up til about 3 years ago. Now I hold my breath every time I try to get a refill.
