These guys, SAMI and JOHN, are scammers. They are running scams selling garbage cars and causing…read morenew damage to vehicles that come in for repairs. They reset the computers on their used cars so that none of the sensor lights come on right away, hiding the NUMEROUS defects their cars have. Then, when you buy the car and it lights up like a Christmas tree two days later, they offer to fix the damage at exorbitant prices. They also pretend that they are selling cars for "customers" so that they can avoid taking accountability when you find out you bought a lemon. They have been doing this day in and day out for YEARS. Also, they CREATE oil leaks and other problems on routine inspections and service, then upcharge the customer to fix the problem they themselves created. JOHN and SAMI sold me a lemon pretending it was a customer's car. I was able to georoute and geotrack the accounts of the "seller" and they are ALL linked to the shop or John and Sami personally. Between that and tower triangulation, I was able to prove that John and Sami were the sellers the whole time, trying to avoid selling under a dealer license. They have been reported to the authorities with substantial evidence turned over against them. A Federal investigation is underway. I do not expect this place to be open much longer. Imprisonment seems justified.

They even give the key back with white residue. Went back to see if the owner would be able to rub them out and he told me there's no way it's from his establishment. When I told him that it was likely due to the cleaning product he dropped a rag and picked it up from the asphalt to wipe my car. Tesla said these stains are a common problem with certain car washes but there's definitely an error with the equipment because of how this is predominantly on one side. I believe the machine malfunctioned. I asked the owner for his name and insurance and he wouldn't give either out. I have filed a police report and will NEVER go here again.

The kid there changed me for the credit price which was 4.79. The cash price was 4.69. When I told him you were charging me the wrong price he said no I wasn't that's the price listed. I pointed to where it said cash 4.69 and he said that's not for that type of gas even though it was. I never had a problem paying cash there when the older people pump my gas since they know how to do their job and will not charge people the credit price when paying cash. These younger kids do not know how to do their job and or don't care. So if you are paying cash here and it is a younger kid helping you make sure they are charging you the correct price. I usually have good experiences at this Exxon when I find that the older people are working. When the younger people are working there most of the time there is an issue weather it be they put the wrong gas in my car(yes that has happened to me before at this location) or they charge the wrong price.

They also have a large selection of coffee. The store is clean and well stocked. The problem I have is that although there are many coffee choices, a lot of them are not hot. No, really. This keeps happening. I try a few before finding a hot one. There doesn't seem to be many workers inside the store so I haven't ever asked anyone about it. They do have a lot of milk/creamer choices which is a plus. They even have soy milk, non dairy options, and (gasp!) whip cream. I use almond/soy milk and can rarely find self serve coffee spots that carry this option. That is what brings me back, despite having to hunt for the carafe of HOT coffee. The made-to-order sub counter is similar to a Subway. Again, no one seems to be standing there waiting for customers. There is a computer terminal to order from, maybe an employee comes out if you have placed an order. I did get subs here once and they were as expected and the price was really good. Everything else is as expected of a gas station convenience store.
