The boba was soft and chewy, and the brown sugar flavor was just sweet enough without feeling over the top. The fresh milk made it extra creamy and easy to finish way too quickly. The popcorn chicken was crispy, flavorful, and disappeared faster than I planned. I kept telling myself "just one more piece" until suddenly there were none left. The shop was clean, service was friendly, and my order came out quickly. A solid combo when you're craving both a drink and a snack. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Let me tell you ,every time we get their drinks, it's always a hit! Their boba teas aren't overly sweet. They make them just sweet enough so you can enjoy them without worrying about too much sugar, and you can adjust the sweetness level to your liking. I love the atmosphere of this place ,very cozy and spacious too. It's perfect for hanging out with a group of friends or a solo date if that's more your vibe. I haven't tried their desserts yet, but I definitely plan to next time I stop by for boba. The service is very quick, and the workers are really friendly as well. I mentioned that to the person that made the drink and they offered to make another one. But I didn't have time to wait since I waited for 20 minutes already and didn't want to hit the rush hour traffic. Boba was either undercooked, overcooked and got burnt, or mixed from an old batch? The two bobaristas were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They were quick with making my drink and even filled up my Stanley tumbler with water. I ordered the "Salted Vietnamese Coffee" and am so happy I did. The actual drink itself is one of the most delicious, creamy, flavorful Vietnamese coffees I've ever had. I highly recommend trying this drink out if you're on a hunt for a good Vietnamese coffee in the Costa Mesa and Newport area. Parking lot is located behind the shop. It's quite small, but I had no problem finding a space. Will definitely be visiting again!

One thing I appreciated was that there is parking behind the building near the back entrance, which made it easy to get in and out. They also have a few small two-person tables inside. I was able to grab a seat, enjoy my milk tea, and spend some time reading my book while I was there. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't memorable enough for me to come back. There's only about 3-4 tables inside, so not too many places to sit if it gets busy. You can order through a kiosk or in person, and the service is usually pretty timely. I ordered the Roasted Oolong tea latte and the Phoenix Oolong tea latte, both of which are their more popular drink selection. I usually try to get the lowest sugar level which was 10%. Of all the tea places I've tried, these drinks easily had the strongest tea flavor at that level of sweetness. If you're not use to the bitterness from tea, you might elect to select a higher level of sweetness to balance it out. The oat milk has a very subtle flavor, but also doesn't overwhelm the drink. Either way, I thought both drinks were well-made.

The sweetness was just right, the tea flavor stood strong and I could tell how good the tea quality was in every sip, very fragrant and aromatic. Would obviously go for more next time and tried more from their selections. I've been eyeing on their Wintermelon Tea Latte!!
