Then there's the customer service which is OUTSTANDING!!! They know me. When I stop into the bank, they say, "Hey John how's it going? How are the kids?" They don't even bother to ask for my I.D., they know me. When I call the bank to deal with something, I get a live person who is helpful and local. They don't have a massive call center in some other part of the world. Really I can't say enough how much I love my bank.
