Better still, you can walk around the corner to see the much more automated milking operation. A couple years ago, team Kenny invested in a new barn and robots to feed and milk the cows. They use lasers to read the cow udders, people. LASERS ON UDDERS I tell ya. Another reason to visit is that they've set up two very reasonably-priced Airbnb rooms in that sparkling new barn, right above the cows. Yes, they leave cheese samples in the refrigerator. He took us on a guided tour of his facility. We got to see the hams in the process of curing and the storage rooms. Also got to see the staff processing bacon and packaging it. We picked up a country ham, several packs of bacon, smoked sausage and some smoked cheddar cheese. We just loved the place and the hospitality! Very nice, clean facility!
