I remind them that I'm in pain. no change in appointment. then on the morning of my appointment, as I drag myself to an 8:00am appointment, they call to tell me the doctor is not feeling very well today so he won't be in and they refused to give me antibiotics. needless to say, I found another dentist that actually cared I was in pain. We have been seeing Dr. Miller for 2+ years now and couldn't be happier. I have had to have a good bit of work done because I am 74 and things are wearing out teeth wise. Dr. Miller has always been very good at explaining what is needed, the alternatives, the appropriate time schedule for the work, the cost, and how to maximize utilization of my dental insurance. He is quick at his work so you don't end up with fingers in your mouth any longer than necessary. His staff is always pleasant to deal with and thorough in their work. Cleanings are a breeze. He seems to have the latest scanners and other technology so you don't have to make so many of those gooey impressions.
