Her staff is VERY professional, friendly, and welcoming to all genders, nationalities, personalities, etc. It's very easy to schedule/cancel/reschedule appointments and you are seen in a timely manner of your appointment time! No matter how you have felt at other addiction facilities you will feel like you have been to this practice many times with comfort and ease to get the supportive help that you most need. The patient rooms are very clean, with comfortable small couches to help you relax and be more yourself in an engaged, motivational and uplifting office visit. Also, they offer individual and group therapy sessions and, probably, other services that I don't know about. They consistently checked in on me, carefully monitored my symptoms, and explained each step of the process so I knew what to expect. Their calm, professional approach helped ease my anxiety and made what could have been a frightening experience feel safe, structured, and manageable. I always felt like my well-being was their top priority. The therapeutic aspect of the program was equally impactful. The group sessions were thoughtfully facilitated and created a supportive space where everyone felt heard and understood. Out - Of- Network is the same as having no insurance because the deductible is higher and most of the billing will be on the patient to pay out of pocket. The facility was great, but I was very specific in stating that I would rather not detox if my insurance would not cover the majority of the bill. I was assured that they ACCEPTED my insurance. They just FORGOT to mention they were not part of my network. And for those saying, why didn't you check. Read up and Read again..,..was headed to detox...??!!@@

I can already see that I am blessed with a care, compassionate, empathetic professional who treats the needs of his patients with utmost respect. Oftentimes in the medical business it is BUSINESS first and patient SECOND. Dr. Beatty immediately thanked me for my military service as well as provided a generous military discount and he took a few minutes during our pre-appointment call to express his gratitude. That in my opinion is something that is lost in the bigger picture. When you have a provider that takes to time to know each patient as I am sure Dr. Beatty does the same for each of his patients. I started with OMEGA last August and they're usually an excellent office: reliable, professional, and I found them just in the knick of time last summer because my former 'therapist' was only interested in telling me the sordid details of her romantic life and how much she wanted RFK to be president.
