I went in as a non-believer, but oh my goodness! Was I ever wrong! Jessie and Stephanie were vital in helping me get my range of motion better! There was a time when I couldn't reach back with my left arm to put on my seatbelt without almost crying in pain. I had trouble in the shower washing my back. I had trouble putting on my winter coat. I had trouble getting dressed by myself, and would have to recruit my husband or daughter in order for me to get my clothes on without yelping in pain. AON has given me the use of my arm back!
