They wanted to make it right but never responded back to my message. Ruined my wife's car. Will never use them again and I haven't since.

One of the higher end LAX parking service, but it basically does what the name says - VALET parking service. *** It's pretty simple and easy - make online reservation, drive to the parking facility, check-in, valet guy hops into your car, you drive directly to LAX terminals, leave your car key, and off you go. Call the number once you are back, wait outside, and valet guy will drive your car and find you at your terminal (took about 10 minutes). You have the option to pay with cash or credit card. After the payment, don't worry about valet guy (apparently he will find his way back) and feel free to drive directly back home (or other places)! *** $18.95 per day for outdoor parking and $22.95 per day for indoor parking - with additional 10% of city tax (I paid $41.69 for two days of outdoor parking ... but I tipped our valet guy and total came up to be $45). As our valet guy faded into the darkness .. it made me wonder how does he get back to the parking facility without a car? Well, I guess that question will remain unanswered as I slowly maneuvered my way out of the LAX terminals... Not exactly the best value for LAX parking, but you get exactly what you pay for - driving and leaving LAX in your own car! Tired of pick-up shuttles? Give LAX Parking Curb Express a try!

This place is a nightmare!!! I parked my car there and they somehow allowed it to get keyed from the front hood to the back hood. After "professionally" repainting my car, aka the worst paint job imaginable. They refused to repaint or fix the damages. I had to sell my car losing $1500 in my trade in. They have multiple small claim cases against them. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Very convenient. Will definitely use again. It's more expensive than the other parking options but worth it!

The Perishing Square lot has sketchiness as well, but there are several reasons that I choose to park here if I'm going to Downtown LA in areas south of Skid Row. (In areas north of skid row, I'd park in Little Tokyo). First, if you park here on the weekends or after 5pm on weekdays, they have a flat rate for $9. During work hours on weekdays, the rate would be around $20 if you stay longer than 2 hours ($3 per 15 min with $20 max). Second, though the area is sketchy, there is security and this is a covered lot. Even the presence of security is a step up from most of the lots in the area. It may be only as good as a car alarm; however, I'll take it. Lastly, I feel that it's pretty conveniently located to key attractions in DTLA like Grand Central Market, Jewelry District, and some of the hotels in the area. In terms of safety and convenience, DTLA is one of the worst places to park in Los Angeles; however, I think this lot is one of the best of the worst. Note: entrances to this lot can be found on 5th and 6th streets between Hill and Olive. Note: If you are intending to go to Little Tokyo, Arts District, or north of skid row, look up the Aiso parking lot.

The payment process is bizarre. Sure, you take a ticket at the entry gate as usual. You don't use it to exit - see below Yes, the escalators don't work and obviously never will. They are used as staircases now, which is bad because the individual steps are much bigger, making it especially tricky to use. There are locked restrooms on P1. Just hope you can find someone to open them. You supposedly need to show that you have a parking ticket. There was a "security" woman sleeping in the office nearby You take elevators up to Pershing Square, so no problems there After returning you go to machines on P1, insert the ticket and payment card to receive another card, which you are supposed to use at the exit gates. You are reminded by many signs that there are no cashiers at the gates. Well, there was a man at the gate I approached. He kept pointing (at what?) and I was eventually told to go to another gate (no reason why), which was staffed by another non-cashier.

This area is huge, block after block of fabric stores and cheap clothing stores and lots of people. The Santee Alley is an actual alley lined with stalls and shops selling shoes, clothes, accessories, and purses. In this area you will find designer knockoffs best - some of them pretty darn good. The clothes or mostly cheap clubwear, lots of workout gear, and some decent designer knockoffs. Very much reminded me of Canal Street in New York. If you are looking for sexy shoes, look no further! There was nothing here that I wanted - - except maybe a couple pairs of sunglasses --but it was a really fun stroll through an interesting part of downtown LA. We had fun!

The Santeria Alley is about 3-4 blocks wide full of local vendors selling clothes,Jewelry, shoes, purses, puppies, perfume, and more. Reasonably priced items, and hard working locals. There are food vendors on every corner, so be sure to grab you a bite to eat. Parking is located in one of the many parking garages or if you get there early, you can snag a spot on the street. This particular visit, the Alley wasn't crowded, and most of the stores weren't open. But I did manage to grab a few body oils as it's hard to come by where i live. I also grabbed a few pieces of jewelry to add to my collection. Every vendor i interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back when I'm in town.
