I hosted for my family a "pre-Thanksgiving" dinner the week before TG and ordered 4 cuts of beef (plenty for 4 people). It was delivered right on time on the day I requested, so easy and dependable. I let them thaw over night and them added a bit of oil, salt and pepper to marinade for about 4 hours, I wanted us to try different cuts and ratings so I got a few wagyu 6s and wagyu - angus cuts including a rib eye, sirloin, and two filet mignons.
