Not a bad way to spend a day at the doctors, if you ask me.

Dr. Hrabek and his staff are great. Always have a smile and answer all your questions. If you have immune or allergy issues, Sunrise Medical Center is the place to go.

I received great care from Dr. Bosak, but if you need them to return a phone call after receiving care, well good luck with that.

Every 2-3 weeks like clockwork, I receive yet another bill and a scary collection letter threatening my credit, even though I've called their office dozens of times, provided my credit card on file for auto-payments (multiple times), confirmed charges were processed, and received apologies each time: "We'll note it in your account and stop this." Spoiler: they never do. It's been the same cycle for three straight years -- pay the supposed balance, get assurances it's fixed, then boom, another collection notice arrives stressing me out and making me question if my payments are even being applied correctly. I've double-paid certain charges just to make it stop, but the letters keep coming anyway. This isn't "poor customer service"; it's incompetent, harassing, and makes you feel like a deadbeat when you're not.

I am a small business owner with less than stellar health insurance and a VERY high-deductible. I found that Valley Allergy is in my network. I sent them my insurance information and made an appointment. I wanted two allergy tests - one for food and one for environment. I was told I needed to split them into two different appointments. I got my test results and left happy, until....I received my bill: Two allergy tests: $1760 ($880 each) Office visit #1: $492 Office visit #2: $268 Total Cost: $2520. My insurance picked up a portion of the cost, but I was left with a total out-of-pocket cost of $933. When I called the office in shock, I wanted to know why they did not warn me when my insurance did not cover such high (and in my opinion), ridiculous costs? I spoke with two different individuals who offered me no assistance. They stated they do not run insurance in advance unless asked. They weren't rude but they weren't helpful either. So, I write this as a warning to small business owners or anyone with a high deductible. Ask the office staff what they charge before you go in for an appointment. DO NOT make the same mistake I made.

(PA) and the care she provided…read more I initially saw her for a completely different concern, but instead of dismissing my symptoms, she took the time to truly listen and understand what I was experiencing. She asked thoughtful questions, was incredibly thorough, and ordered the testing that ultimately led to the discovery of a para-ophthalmic aneurysm on my internal carotid artery. That decision may very well have saved my life. What impressed me most was that Cassandra did not take the easy route. She listened, investigated, and trusted her clinical judgment. Because of her diligence and attention to detail, a serious and potentially life-threatening condition was identified when it otherwise may have gone undetected. Cassandra is compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. She makes you feel heard, respected, and valued. In today's healthcare environment, providers who take the time to truly listen are rare, and Cassandra is one of those exceptional clinicians who goes above and beyond for her patients. I will always be grateful to her for taking my concerns seriously and for being the reason my aneurysm was discovered. She made a profound difference in my life, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a provider who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion. The office staff are also wonderful--friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Every interaction has been positive. Thank you, Cassandra, for your dedication, thoroughness, and the outstanding care you provide every day. This review is for the Phoenix AZ office on Bell Road NOT Glendale Location.

I did ask about both and the doctor said he was just filling in to get paid so he does not know what he can do. The next day the school called because his bleeding started up again and could not be controlled. Tampons to the rescue. Which he had to get a pic for the 'gram. back the phoenix Children's ER. Ok that was crazy but she told me that Grandpa was taking my son to Arizona Breathe Free and that they would get him in but I had to get there for medical consent. I also really appreciate the staff who administer the allergy shots--they are always friendly, professional, and make the process quick and easy. My only frustration is with the billing process. The office requires payment upfront before insurance has fully processed the claim. I understand this is likely due to delays between insurance and the billing department, but it can be frustrating as a patient who consistently pays medical bills on time. For example, I'm still waiting for credits to be applied to my account while continuing to receive bills for serum charges. I would much prefer the option to keep a card on file and have charges processed after insurance has been billed and the patient responsibility is finalized. It's much easier to pay a balance owed than to wait for credits or refunds to be applied. Despite this concern, the quality of care from Dr. Ching and the clinical staff keeps me coming back.

First, I received a bill for $50 which I was told covered the allergy skin test I had received. I explained to the billing department that when I checked in for my appt, I was told that my co-pay covered the skin test (the receptionist specifically stated this). I never heard back so I assumed that phone call had taken care of everything. However, a couple months later, I received another bill for almost $300 and have been receiving monthly statements for this "balance." I will never visit this office again. They clearly do not have their act together and the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Now I have to take time out of the things I have going on to call and deal with something that is due to their incompetence, not mine. Insanely frustrating.
