I have to say I hadn't had a pedicure or manicure in at least a year. Thee gentleman was quiet and not talkative which is okay by me. He also was not always talking to his wife in a his native tongue. He did an excellent job on my toes and fingernails. They really needed it He wasn't so rough, but not so gentle that you don't get the same effect. He did an excellent job on my toenails and feet and on my fingernails. Although I like more moisturizer on my hands they felt dry after which might have been what I picked out. The one thing I wish I would had known is they have an organic line which I would have tried had I known. I would recommend them. They are open on Sundays.

My finger is still painful 2 days later.

I went here because it was close to work and had decent reviews. BIG MISTAKE. Both nail techs were working with other clients when I arrived with a friend. We were told to sit down and my friend politely asked how long it would be since they were clearly both busy. We were met with attitude about how it would only be a few min and it was going to take a long time to soak off my gel polish anyway. I was prepared to let that awkward exchange go but then once she was finally working on my nails she cut a huge chunk out of my finger. She didn't just nick my cuticle, she took a whole clippers worth of flesh. It was bleeding and painful and all I got was a half hearted "sorry". It's been 2 days now and it's still red and puffy and painful. Never going back.

I wanted to give this place a good review but I can't because he filed my pinky and broke skin. Prior to that he clipped my cuticle and I bled a bit. Yes I did say ouch. My pedicure was great but the gel manicure not so much. He filed down my nails really short where I felt uncomfortable. Bummed because I have a wedding this weekend and my finger nails look sloppy. And it stings when I wash my hands.

This is my go to nail salon. Ever since I tried them out, I have not gone anywhere else for gel. The owners are friendly but not too pushy or chatty so you can relax while getting your services. They also have televisions and if I am the only person, they usually let me pick what channel I want to watch. (Which is always bravo, obviously.) Very consistent and they will always make sure you leave getting exactly what you want. They also take appointments so you don't have to wait.

My manicure chipped just hours later. It look longer to dry my nails than it did to do the actual manicure. I'm not going back.

Salon is really clean, the technicians are polite and the selection of colors is great - especially for gels.

I used to be a WellPass member and it's still a bit wonky trying to book online, plus it seems that there are fewer female massage therapists now and that is what I prefer. I was able to book with Daija and when I met her, I was already at ease and glad my appointment was with her. She was very friendly, had an easy-going vibe and really seemed to listen when I explained any requests I had for the session. Unlike the previous massage therapist I had who was allergic to essential oils, Daija seemed all in for the add ons. The hot stones, hot towels, and aromatic oils made the experience that much better. The lighter touch (no deep tissue) relaxation massage was just what I needed. She had me relaxed and feeling better in no time. I keep a list of who I would return to in the future. Daija is number one on the list now. Front desk staff is also very professional and accommodating. The waiting lounge is relaxing and beautiful.

I was asked what type of service I wanted, and I requested a dip powder manicure. The receptionist quickly found a technician who was available to assist me. Although the technician did not introduce herself, the receptionist referred to her as Holly. Holly was very professional and, after I mentioned a recent shoulder surgery, she was mindful and handled my hands with care. Despite a possible language barrier, Holly understood everything I asked, including questions about the cost of the service. There was also a digital menu board nearby that listed the available services and their prices. Holly offered me a beverage without being asked, with options including water, Coke, Diet Coke, red or white wine, and mimosas. It was also nice to see that the soda cans were full-sized, which is rare these days. I paid in cash and was not charged a credit card fee, which many businesses now require. From start to finish, the service took about an hour. I will most likely return and will request Holly.

Please avoid this place at all costs! Going here turned out…read moreto be a shocking experience. I went in for a fulll set with single color gel polish and left the store with crooked, quarter-of-an-inch-thick, stumpy things that could not pass for nails. Each nail went in a completely different direction and did not align with my fingers at all. The sides were filed down in an odd way and it felt like I had Chicklets gum squares glued to my fingers.  I felt completely trapped. Whenever I brought up my concerns to the tech, I was promptly ignored. I felt stuck finishing the service because I didn't want to walk out halfway through with missing nails. They looked so awful that I felt embarrassed and had to hide my hands the entire time at the function I originally got them done for. Here's the real kicker: as soon as I got home, I spent around 4 hours (no exaggeration) manually filing them off. In the end, I paid $75 for the horrible set and the real kicker was the $15 charge just for cat's eye polish, just to spend over 4 hours in pain fixing their mistake, leaving my nail beds incredibly sore and ripped up. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else!

I was anxious about finding a new EWC and was really nervous about going through the process again. From Leanna at the front check-in, to Katie my wax specialist, the experience was absolutely seamless. Leanna was so personable and friendly, the moment I walked in I was greeted with enthusiasm and I appreciated that tremendously as I felt welcomed there. Katie M. my wax specialist was so knowledgeable and approachable. I had expressed my concerns about getting waxed after a long period without and she made sure to put my mind at ease. To be honest, the process was not as painful as I anticipated it would be and I definitely feel like a huge part of that was because Katie helped me feel so relaxed. I had even expressed to her I had an area of my skin that might be considered sensitive, and she imparted knowledge to me about proper waxing procedure for that area, and was meticulously careful not to irritate the area - no other wax specialist at any other EWC had ever educated me on that, nor took the time to ensure that the proper wax procedure was done for that area. I was so grateful for her insight and am so glad that my first session was with her because I'm incredibly satisfied with my wax and I feel like I know a little bit more about my skin now too. I'll definitely be going back - I've already booked my next session with her!
