I have had to retain legal counsel in order to correct their misinformation and interference in my life and my family's life. Absolutely unacceptable. Take heed and stay the heck away! The facility is well laid out and offers opportunities for interesting mobility, attractive gathering places and outdoor access when appropriate. But the most important aspect is care. If a resident needs help, everyone is watching and willing to step in to help from the nurses to the maintenance staff. It is not always that way in many facilities and our disappointing prior experience with a well regarded care facility made the contrast stark.
