When I came in the place was busy, lots of people were ordering and the lady at the front still managed to say hello to everyone who walked in. The donut case was stacked with all the favorites. Everything looked fresh and gave me that feeling of being a kid and getting to choose my donut! Loved it. I got a mixed dozen for $17. Seems pretty standard so no complaints there! I asked if she could add a little ice to my hot coffee because my hands were not clean. She pointed to the ice and told me to get it myself. When I explained that my hands were dirty, she started making faces and rudely said, "GET IT." After that, I wanted to order a donut but was deciding between a chocolate bar and a maple bar. She impatiently asked, "What do you want now?" in a raised voice. I ended up saying, "Just give me anything." She then threw the donut onto the counter. I told her that this was not a good way to treat customers, and she replied, "I DON'T CARE." When I said I would not be coming back because of the way she treated me, she responded, "I don't care. I don't want your business," and walked away to continue cleaning. Unfortunately, this is not the first time she has treated me this way. After reading the reviews for this donut shop, I noticed many other customers have had similar experiences and left reviews describing the same rude behavior. Customer service matters, and no customer should be treated with this level of disrespect.

The pistachio cream donut had a generous amount of cream, lightly pistachio flavor. The donut itself was a bit soggy and cold. It seemed the donut was refrigerated, which makes sense for the cream. The yuzu croissant was more sticky from the sugar glaze on it. It was a bit stale on the following day after we got it, but that's my fault for eating it the following day. Parking lot was not too crowded when we were there. Overall, I would highly recommend their Korean salt bread!
