I've never felt so unwelcome. The moment I set foot in the store I was greeted not with a "hello" but met with a cold superior stare proudly being given by an antiquated women with short hair... the reason for the description is there was a slender attractive women with long hair that was pleasant. Understanding that maybe her day was long and I might've misread her rudeness. I ventured upstairs to shop for a swimsuit and was immediately followed and watched very closely so much that I left the store.I know we live in a world where everyone must protect themselves and their belongings BUT just a friendly "Let me show you what we have " or "I'm right here if you wanna try something on" a little friendly conversation and I would've purchased as I had intended before this encounter. I'd like to give no stars but am unable to submit without giving one. read more

Buyer beware.....They do not stand behind the merchandise that they sell. We found a defect in an article of clothing the day after purchase and they would not return or provide a store credit. Buy at your own risk. Nice people when spending your money but not so much when it involves customer service. read more

All of the signs in the store say returns must be done within 14 days of purchase, and only in exchange for store credit. That's fine, but when a pair of pants my girlfriend bought me didn't fit, I went back the next day and was told that because of COVID they aren't accepting any returns. I completely understand that, but they should have made us aware of this new policy before we bought anything, or at least put a sign up. Now we're out 80 dollars on a pair of pants I'm never going to wear. read more

Outdated, overpriced, and rude. My mom and I had gone into here just to browse as we normally buy a bathing suit or two at the beginning of the season from here. There was an older lady with a pixie cut and a house dress that immediately was staring at us the moment we walked in. We went upstairs to look at bathing suits and the woman proceeded to follow us up there, which we assumed she was just keeping an eye, but she sat there with her arms crossed, body facing us and staring directly at us. After we were tired of the staring we decided to head downstairs and she followed immediately behind us. We understand if there's no cameras or anything that you have to watch people a little more closely but this woman was rude, made us feel uncomfortable, and ruined the experience in the store as a whole. Would've given 0 stars if possible! read more

My wife loves their apparel! every year, Birthday, anniversary. I showed them a picture and Ta dah! everything fits her perfectly! have been going there 7 years now and will continue to do so! Very nice staff. read more

Zero service. Awful. The seemingly cute clothes got me into the store. But the two ladies at the counter kept chatting with each other and didn't even acknowledge me. It was incredibly rude. I browsed the overpriced merchandise and was seriously contemplating buying but wanted to see if anyone would come greet me and help. No one did. So I walked out. They were still engrossed in their own conversation when I walked out the store. Service is important to me at a retail establishment. If you offer me none, then I won't offer you a penny. Take your money elsewhere ladies. read more

This store has seemingly nice products in a great town, but they are dishonest and offer horrible customer service. I made a purchase from them, they double swiped my credit card and charged me for a $160 purchase I never bought. Once I caught this and confronted them, they all but accused me of lying and would not revoke their mistake. I had to take it up through my Visa's fraud department. Visa ruled it as a fraud and refunded my money. Sunsations still refuses to take any liability for their employee's dishonest actions. Shop here at your own discretion. I would hate for them to steal from you too. read more
