Really? As far as working hours I could see it's till 9:00pm. And doesn't coming in at 8:40 for 15 min and 8:45 for 10 min result the same end time? As far as I know I can walk in to any store 5 mins before the dors are closed and spend as much time as I need and won't be sent home. That is not how you attract customers. Haven't seen such an AWFUL customer service that in a long time.

And a poor business decision because I would have returned as a customer otherwise and now I will use a different salon and go to the trouble of leaving a bad yelp review. I came in for a pedicure, and the chairs are set in a dark, calming room with waterfalls on the walls, creating the ultimate spa experience. The technicians even bring out a candle to place on the table beside you, which is such a thoughtful touch. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Everything--from nail care to polish application--was done with great attention to detail, and the massage was truly fabulous, with just the right amount of pressure. If you haven't visited CQ since the new management took over, I highly recommend giving it another try.

I got both a manicure and pedicure, and the pedicure was one of the most relaxing I've ever had. I never felt rushed, and the receptionist was so helpful in helping me choose my color and style. Best of all, my French manicure lasted beautifully -- no chipping through week two on vacation, and even into week three they still looked great.
