I froze my account said it would be $7.50 a month then all of a sudden went to $8.50. Also when I started my membership she said there was no annual fee but there was a quarterly fee of $5 and change. Nothing but lies and costs that you don't expect. Very dissatisfied with this company. read more

I usually frequent the location on Lineville, but as it's closed to move to a location down the street, I tried this one. Staff was nice, but the building seems old and a bit rundown. Tons of beds so I would guess there would be no waiting if there was a mad rush...which I have not seen the three times I've gone. Place seems clean but I don't know if bulbs need to be replaced or what because as a very pale person who waited for the last minute to tan for a wedding, three days of tanning in a week should have had me looking either golden or red and I was neither. You go to use it and Your Told No Refund Sorry..You can buy only 1x a year a Groupon and use it! 1x a year! Can you believe that! I buy stuff from Groupon all the time! My first visit to Sunseekers and my last one. Explained what I needed, received a double dark Catalina spray, was told I was dry to put the clothes on and go home and when I came home, my tan was all smeared off and blotchy so obviously it wasnt dry enough. I had to take a shower and wash it all off, waste of my money and time. Emailed them photos of my tan asking for a refund and got no response. Will be trying to dispute it with my credit card company. Scammers! read more

I went here for the first time today to get a spray tan. I had a really great experience. The facility was clean, and the check in process was simple. The lady working the front desk explained thoroughly all of my options, and demonstrated the positions for the spray tan before I entered the room. She was able to advise on the color that would be best for my skin tone as well. She was not pushy on products or a membership at all. She did go through their options, but once I said I wasn't interested she moved on. I also saw a comment on here about spray tan drying. There were two swipes of air for drying for the back of me and the front of my. I left feeling as though my tan wasn't going to get rubbed off. I will be returning here next time I need a spray tan! read more

I have been going to SS for over 10+ yrs Every year the services get worse & worse. Every time I take my acct off of hold, they double charge me... it's like pulling teeth to find anyone to help me I use the Versa spray tan booth. I bought a full access pass however, every time I turn around they remove services or products that use to be included but now are an extra charge I just recently went back this week ( only because they took me off of hold without me knowing) the Versa booth which use to have a dry time between each spray is now down to ONLY drying one time after the spraying is finished. The Versa Pro you only get front & back dryer 1 time and the basic Versa you get ONLY 1 time and it drys your back only .... I was told that the dry time takes too much time OMG ... to flippin bad, that's what you're paying for They have also removed the instant bronzer color... the clear is all you can have .... What if I can't wait 3 hrs for it to develop I am finally going to cancel my account completely.... forget putting my acct on hold read more

I recently moved back to this area &, was thrilled there was a Rosie's nearby. Customer service was great however, there's a lack of communication from within. I chose a higher level in which included a bed with a mister however, the first time I used it the mister didn't work &, was told it was on order so, the next time the gal said it was working &, it wasn't so, by that point I asked if I could lower my tanning plan &, she said no problem. Unfortunately, with the lower plan the beds are smaller in which is okay however, the area that their in,,the carpeting is filthy! The last time I tanned one of the lights was out so, I got out &, she put me in another one &, a light was out in that one as well so, I finally gave up &, asked her if I could cancel my membership in which she did. I'm not one to write reviews however, I'd really like to come back to Rosie's!! read more

Horrible customer service, this place has declined so much it's unreal. Don't ever get a monthly package with them, had to report them to the BBB, to get them to stop withdrawing from my checking account, this was after I sent the cancellation paperwork in 6 times. read more

Very disappointed in customer service. The same employee will not stop pressuring me into buying their ridiculously overpriced lotions. When I brought an indoor tanning lotion I had purchased somewhere else she would not let me use it. What BS I'll take my business elsewhere. Not to mention decor is so outdated. read more

They don't allow single visits. I was visiting from out of town and just wanted one tan visit. I called ahead to make sure they had availability and was told "yes." I said "I'll see you in 15 minutes." I drove out of my way to get there only for the woman behind the counter to tell me she couldn't sell single visits. They only sell packages or memberships. read more

Good customer service usually. Prices for their tanning lotions are outrageous and they tend to frown upon you using a lotion that's not from their Establishment. When signing up for a package, they did not inform me of the 60 dollar cancellation fee. Every time I go in to tan it seems as if I have to spend more money to please them. Was a travel nurse in this town from Jan 2016-April 2016. Used this facility often. Store was very clean and always had needed supplies. Was very clear in the beginning of membership that I just wanted to pay for 3 months and they stuck to their word that they would only charge for 3 months. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this tanning salon. I loved how spread out they were in The town and also in Milwaukee. The girls at the front desk were always helpful and management was on point. Will most def. come back to this facility if my return to Green Bay happens. read more

I absolutely love sunseekers! Not only do they keep their beds super clean and up to date, but the employees know me by name (and no, not because I go that often) it's that they truly take the time to build a relationship with their customers! I really admire their management as well, I once had an issue with my card (Bank had to send me a new one as my current one was compromised) I had forgotten to notify sunseekers (I was a sunclub member at the time) and the manager I spoke with over the phone took care of it immediately and didn't make me feel bad in the least! I have tanned elsewhere before but couldn't imagine going anywhere besides sunseekers now! All around an amazing experience! read more
