The spa offerings are amazing as is the spa attendant Mackenzie. They're a little pricey than some spas however it's well worth it. The skin care products for purchase are really good too especially the skin lotion. This spa is amazing! I've never been to the other Kohler spas but this spa makes me want to give them a try! Located in a fun part of Green Bay (Titletown) there are lots of things to do nearby; the spa is located in the Kohler Lodge across from Lambeau Stadium. The spa is located in the back left corner of the lobby. Upon walking in you will be greeted by the staff. I love that they have a no cell phone in treatment and relaxation areas! It gives privacy and the ability to truly relax. After signing off on their policy you will be shown to a locker room where you can lock up your belongings and put on a big fluffy robe and water sandals. From there you can use the refreshing thermal waters, plunge pool, sauna or steam room. While waiting for your services they have a very relaxing relaxation area with trickling water sounds that puts you in a great zen place. They offer many services from massages, hair, nails and facials. Stephanie and Sara in the nail salon area are meticulous and makes getting your nails done so relaxing. The room is very quiet to be able to relax and enjoy your manicure and pedicure. Sara is great with hair color and blow outs and again makes getting your hair done so relaxing with a great scalp massage and relaxing environment. My kids booked a massage for me. It was my first time here. I loved this place. I'm definitely coming back. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place was so serene and relaxing. Mallorie gave the best massage I have ever had. Loved that you get access to all the different pools. Even tried the cold plunge pool. Yikes!! lol. There's a sauna room and a steam room which I loved. There's a no phone policy inside the spa which I loved and really helped be unplug and relax and take everything in. I come every five weeks for a hydra facial and am always relaxed and happy when I leave. Sarah is my go-to and she is amazing. My only negative is with scheduling. It's hard to book multiple services together and for multiple people. I've attempted to book a full day more than six weeks out to be able to get like a massage and a facial back-to-back and their books aren't open. They take the request and I am then told I could do a morning and afternoon or something similar. Not a big deal but kind of annoying. Still my favorite spa and won't prevent me from coming to see Sarah every five weeks for a facial. read more

I stayed at LodgeKohler during our family reunion and immediately noticed the spa. I was visiting from California and needed a relaxing day so I booked a "woodsman" with Jessie. It was hands down the best massage I have ever received from anyone. From the moment she introduced herself she exhibited professionalism and grace. She made me feel like the President of the United States. She was very patient and listened to my needs and hit every spot that was sore PLUS found spots I didn't know I was sore at. If you're looking for a true spa experience, this is the place for you! I've been to the American Club/Kohler Spa in Sheboygan, but was anxious to try this satellite location. While it's not quite on the level of the American Club location, it comes pretty darn close and does the best it can for being just part of a hotel. My esthetician was a few minutes late, but was super apologetic and let me go a little long to make up for it. I did the Passion Body Bliss, which is a summer special, and it was amazing. It was different than any other Kohler treatment I've ever had, but it was quite enjoyable and I left smelling like cotton candy which I loved! She even gave me a little bit extra of the body scrub that was left over to take home with me. The spa itself is a great atmosphere-everyone was friendly and helpful and professional. Prices are a little on the high side, but you get wonderful treatment and you get access to the spa amenities the entire day of your treatment, so it's well worth it (there's a relaxation room, access to a pool/hot tub/sauna, and a quiet room to continue relaxation after your treatment), so when you factor all that in you get a lot for your money. I really don't want to write a bad review but this was by far the worst experience I've had at a spa. I had really high hopes for the service I received but was disappointed. At the beginning of the massage I asked the therapist to focus on my right shoulder and lower back. Neither was barely touched. I could tell by her attitude that she really didn't want to be there. At the end of the 80 min session I got dressed and went up front to pay. When the front desk lady asked how it was I told her it wasn't good and that I wouldn't return. There was no apology on behalf of the spa or anything said to make the situation better. The tip is already factored in so I still had to give her a 20% tip even though she didn't deserve any. The attitudes alone are enough to make me never want to go back. $513 for my daughter and I down the drain. At least my daughter's massage therapist was good, she said. read more

I went in with lots of tension and stress in my body, I had the CBD sound bowl massage with Tina. It was beautiful, the sound bowls were so healing and cleansing. The massage was great and the experience was heavenly. I had my temperature taken at the door and was then guided to the spa.
