We had an excellent experience here when we visited the mountain in 2024. Our server, London, was amazing. Super attentive and friendly, and even stayed a few minutes past his normal exit to make his "epic" hot chocolate for our friend's kid who was finishing up his lessons. The tacos are super tasty, and they have a great selections of options. We had the chips and queso and the portion was huge. The tacos come with two corn tortillas each, which is my preference as the tortillas can get fragile. Few vegetarian/vegan options, which should be simple for Mexican.
