Made an appointment to get my foot checked out, however, after waiting for 30 mins, the PA came in talked to me for 4 mins then referred me out. Got charged 95 dollars for nothing. Stay away from this place. The heath care providers have misdiagnosed me twice and sent me to see specialist that were not needed.

I loved Trinay Hogan also! I agree with it't hard to find an NP with such a carrying nature. Her front staff was always patient and nice to me. I am sorry that she is not my Doctor now. I thought I found a safe place with her. I hope she is doing well and I hope to find her one day soon. read more

Just found out Dr Trinay Hogan no longer at Sunset Clinic. Very saddened as she was a very good, professional and cared for her patients. You don't come across doctors like that very often. Does anyone know where she may have gone? Or which practice she may have gone to? Also was told that location would be closed all of July for renovations. I love Trinay Hogan, but the receptionist there just does not care. They are extremely unfriendly and rude. Never greets with a smile. Just making an appointment seems impossible. I made an appointment and waited over an hour and nure said your next and 20 minutes later I will still waiting when I asked no one had any idea. The staff are not caring about patients' needs. The only quality of care is Trinay herself. Seeing her seems difficult because you have to bypass her receptionist, and they leave a bad taste in your mouth. They absolutely need to work on people skills. It drives people away just from their attitudes. Unfortunate Trinay has to be in a facility where no customer service training was conducted for receptionist. Trinay is by far the most amazing NP I have seen. Let's hope my next appointment is better. Been holding off because of such poor service. read more

Just switched to Anthem medicare supplement. Was assigned a nurse practitioner by the insurance co. I called and immediately got a phone message stating if I left a phone number someone would get back with me within 24 hours. Left a message . . . no response. Called again and left a message . . . still no response. I called Sunset clinic directly and requested an opportunity to schedule an appointment to see my physician's assistant. Was informed that I could not schedule until Feb. 1 when my policy becomes active. According to Anthem, they should have been able to schedule me with my member number in hand. Dr. Ferdowsian saved my life!! After experiencing migraines for over a month straight and countless visits to the ER with no help I was finally recommended Sunset Clinic and Dr. Ferdowsian who ran tests and prescribed medication that finally worked! I can finally breathe and think clearly after weeks on being stuck in bed! Highly recommend Sunset Clinic to anyone who's been struggling with any illness! Absolute God send! 10/10 recommend! The two stars are only for Dr Hogan. She's nice, seems to care. Although I wasn't treated for what I came in for, she said it was only for Medicaid, idk. Her office staff however... they are RUDE, unhelpful and seemingly incompetent. I could go into detail but you'll get a headache. There's no doctor I've ever met that is worth the complete LACK of care and competence that the office staff here exude... Don't waste your time. I made an appointment had my primary care provider referral number changed to her and her front office scheduled the appointment. After rescheduling because she had me something later and needed to see me earlier, I drove all the way across town to see her. Her INCREDIBLY RUDE front desk girl said it's not listed as primary care provider in the system and can't see me. They were extremely rude and dismissive! AVOID THIS OFFICE!!!! read more

I wrote this review over a year ago & I still mean every word about Dr Hogan & staff at Sunset clinic on Sunset Road, although I started seeing Dr.Hogan in June of 2020, I have grown a complete admiration for her, The compassion she gives me & my 21 yr old daughter who I referred to Dr.Hogan is so great I can only imagine she is so w/all her patients. I have so much confidence in her knowledge & expertise that I highly recommend Dr.Hogan for anybody in the family, Anything I have needed from referrals to specialist to pin pointing issues with my health & being spot on, or even just a person who really cares and listens to you, New to town?!? I was told on Tuesday that I will have a virtual appt on Wednesday. I filled out all the paperwork and ready for my 11:30 appt. Well no one never called. I waited for 4 hours. I called them on Thursday to tell them how rude they were. They tried to give me a new appt for Friday, which I decline. They are the most inept and unprofessional people I have ever talked. I had some concerning results and was eager to speak to Dr. Hogan. We had an appt for 4:30pm on a Friday and they never called. I called them a message Sat morning and another Monday around 10am. I kept calling until i finally got through, I explained i did not receive a call the day before, thats when the staff kept me on hold for 20 mins but ended up hanging up on me. When i called back to tell them what had just happened, they didn't even acknowledge it. They place me on hold for another 5 mins, comes back on the phone and says i missed their multiple attempts to call me, bullsh*t. they never actually called and i have the call logs to prove. They had called me at 2pm that day to collect my co-pay but never called me back at 4:30. this office is a joke of a place read more

Went in for blood work. Mind you, this is my first time getting it done and I'm coming in as a new patient. They drew around 5 vials of blood from me and no one shared any post care instructions. Not even the doctor. So, because I thought I was good to go once the doctor tells me "so ya, we will chat later about your results and just go ahead and schedule that Pap smear with me and you're good to go", I decided to leave. Was feeling slightly dizzy and lightheaded, but thought it would go away. Nope, stuck with me all day. Decided to go to the gym bc no one gave me instructions on having to refrain from going or drinking lots of water, juice, eating after or anything. Bad idea, I guess going to the gym isn't part of what you should do after getting that much blood taken from you? How the hell am i supposed to know. This is new to me and this is your profession, people! Don't really think they're formally trained or maybe just out of school? Don't recommend wasting your time coming here bc you'll leave feeling like you just got out of a chop shop. I literally am writing this thinking, how are you in the medical field, treating patients, and can't even do the bare minimum? Trinay Hogan was nice, but the lack of training and experience in this office is horrible. This is not like working at Taco Bell where if u forget someone's sauce it's no biggie. Not telling your patients about post care or even pre care and being diligent at your job is a big deal. read more

They wrote a referral for my mother in law's knee, we went to Desert Radiology but they could not schedule the procedure, called 3 times left 3 messages, went to the office to request and the medical assistant was defensive and rude, asked the doctor and he was also rude. Dr. Hogan is a really good doctor but i set up an appointment for a specific time and I get there and make me wait more than an hour.

The service from the doctors and assistants is fine. The wait time is usually not too long. Masks are required, but the receptionists only wear them if patients are paying attention. The older receptionist isn't courteous. I didn't have a mask and she was reluctant to give me one. She kind of has an attitude. This opinion is based on several visits and phone calls. Their online scheduling doesn't work. I've experienced rude employees at their call center in the past. read more

PATRICIA at the front desk has been intentionally RUDE EVERY SINGLE time I have been to the office or had to call the office. She has messed up my blood paperwork, delaying my blood work and making me do extra trips backs and forth to pick up the blood orders, because she REFUSED to email them to me. This malicious evil miserable person has no business working with other people. I made an appointment. They could not see me for 2 months. at 11:30. They called the night before to change my appointment to 10:15. Okay, I arrived at 10:05. They did not see me for over two hours. There were two people in the waiting room. They both left. When I finally walked out, the waiting room was empty. I don't understand. I should say that I never saw a doctor. I asked, was told that I was next in line, but no doctor ever showed up. I just walked out. Like everyone else. read more

I've been coming to this location for along time now, it's quick , easy , and they have always taken great care of me. I've seen all the doctors at this location and you can't go wrong with any of them! Especially Trinay Hogan, she's so sweet and has the most bubbly personality. She has a big heart and really shows she cares for her patients. I think the hardest thing to find in a doctor from my personal experience , is someone who actually listen to what you are saying and not disregarding everything you say and that's exactly what she does, she listens and actually helps you! read more

Love this clinic ! I've been coming here for a while now. The staff is amazing. Maria has always been very helpful and patient with me especially when I had to get blood work done. Which I'm scared of needles and seeing blood, I didn't even feel the needle. She definitely makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. My husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. He has Mr. Morris a PA as his physician. He is WONDERFUL and GREAT!! Very caring and accommodating. I deal with Patricia a member of the staff at this Sunset Road location. She is AWESOME!! She makes sure Mr. Morris is on top of stuff with regard to my husband and ALWAYS will to help. She keeps in touch with me via email to see how my husband is doing. I can't say enough about the caring and truly wonderful staff there is and the most wonderful 2 people I know that my husband and I have there at Sunset Clinic.
