The next message included a THIRD request for proof of insurance that was in actuality the FIRST request. The same insurance that they have on file with the same policy number for YEARS....so more load on the customer for some unknown reason... If you are deciding between 2 spots - do not go here...there is zero wifi/cell service, and the staff is now rude and entitled. Go to a good place where the store is stocked, bathrooms are clean and they actually upkeep the facility or maybe invest in things to make it easier to have a FUN experience like a real billing system.

Rather than putting the family at ease, the dispatcher was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive and ruined the ride for the family. I later spoke with the manager & owner, thinking they would make it right, but instead, they made excuses and dismissed the complaints & concerns as "things that happen". The fact that this company puts themselves first before their customers and makes excuses for their own actions, speaks volumes about their lack of customer service & satisfaction.
