Do Not Visit -- My Wife Was Victimized During a Valentine's Day Massage My wife and I booked a 1‑hour massage (30 minutes foot, 30 minutes back) on Valentine's Day to celebrate our anniversary. We were both placed in rooms near the front entrance. The therapist assigned to my wife behaved in a way that left her feeling violated and humiliated. What happened: * During the session he repeatedly moved too close to intimate areas. * He insisted she remove her shirt and bra for a back massage after she said she was not comfortable doing so. * He left the room without providing proper draping; when he returned he only gave her a bath towel and did not provide adequate coverage. * Her room had no door, only a small curtain, and was located near the front door where people were coming and going. This made the situation especially exposing and distressing. * By contrast, I was never asked to remove my shirt and was properly draped while the therapist worked my back. My wife left feeling victimized, embarrassed, and very upset. This ruined our anniversary and Valentine's Day. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint and possibly pressing charges. Warning to other customers: Be cautious, especially women. This establishment failed to respect my wife's boundaries and provided inadequate privacy and draping. I have been getting massages here for over 2 years. I always feel so relaxed when I leave. I've always received a great massage. It is reasonably priced and you have private rooms. It's extremely clean and everyone is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage. read more

I have used foot reflexology since they opened. It is a very affordable one hour of reflexology. The part that I am dissatisfied with is the fact that they only want cash and rarely do I have that much cash on me. I suggest that they take credit card and tack on whatever the charge is plus the cost for them, which is usually about three extra percent. They still are very clear and stating they want cash. I do not understand the good reviews. 3 of us went for a massage and all of us came out saying the exact same things: 1) Absolutely Filthy - Don't let the Yelp pics fool you. 2) Super Shady Creepy Vibe - Feels like something illegal is happening in there. 3) 2 of 3 therapists hands smelled like cigarette smoke! 4) The massages were robotic and routine. 5) Forget trying to communicate anything to the therapists. 6) There was no massaging just feather light touch, holding points, and scrubbing your head instead of massaging it. 7) 2 of 3 used latex gloves the whole time! I have been back several times, and things have changed!!! I love that the people doing the foot reflexology no longer have hands that smell like cigarette smoke. Tonight I went in because I had a buy one get one free for foot reflexology for my birthday! It was amazing, I was so fortunate to get Sam; the past few times I've gone in he's been the person who works on me. He seems intuitive with touch, and tonight I asked him to use more pressure on my feet, oh my heavens!!! That was sooooooooooooo delightful, so much so that the next time I go in I want to ask if I can have the full hour on just my feet!! Forget the neck, shoulders, arms and ESPECIALLY forget the back side, just work on my feet!!! It was amazing! It was odd that I was told we were the last customers and I had to pay first; that's not happened ever before; and it turned out we were NOT the last customers, in fact after we were done people were paying. Lastly, as we left a woman chased us out and said something about paying, I told her I paid up front, when I first got there and she went back in. It's a good thing I asked for a receipt because that could have been a very bad situation. I've been here many times over the years, but the last time I went it was one of my worse experiences. I had a man and he was way too rough and I usually don't mind a deep massage. I was bruised for days. He did not understand English and I put my hand up 3 times to tell him NO!! I was clear that he was way too rough and he didn't care. Putting your hand up and saying NO and nodding NO is clearly a universal language anyone can understand stand if they cared. The females that give massages are wonderful but I have had too many bad experiences with the men there. One guy did smell horrible like cigarettes and I read the reviews that someone else had that same horrible experience as well. The head older lady up front is always rude!! They do not honor the 10 stamps for a free massage anymore so don't bother with that. You should not have to pay cash and you can just tell them you don't have cash and they will let you pay with a credit card. They do want you to pay the tip with cash. If you go there request a female masseuse. They are good and polite. I give them a five star review but I will give the men a zero! The men are too rough, leave you bruised, some smell like cigarettes and 2 (that I know of) do not understand English or care to know that No means No! BTW if you have an expired gift card (I had one from Christmas before Covid hit in 2020) and tried to redeem 2 months after it expired and they did not honor the gift card even though they are supposed to. read more

After a brief survey of the economical Tui Na style Asian massage facilities in Novato, this place gets the thumbs up. I'm not comparing the facilities or techniques to those of a high end "spa" experience so don't go here looking for that. For those of us on a budget but who either work or play hard and need body work, this type of place is ideal. The rooms are clean and semi private and the atmosphere is relaxing but efficient. What a bummer after the massage I tipped and she said no gave me back my tip money and said he gets a 20% tip. I was shocked and she said that's what they get. The massage was not great either. What I do not like about this place are their unethical business practices......CASH ONLY for instance, really? You may use your cc card BTW. No one speaks English either.....They have a sign that states if you give a 5 star review you get 2 stamps, also for every massage you get 1 stamp and after 10 stamps you get a free massage (1) hour. I now have 10 stamps and now they say they are no longer giving stamps. I dont think they want to honor the stamp card. I have always tipped generously and when leaving yesterday the girls all looked like deer in the headlights, unappreciative. I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN......In fact Im filing a complaint with the DA's office. read more

Very pleased with this place. It is no frills and perfect for the frugally minded so do not expect an up scale spa experience. Each massage table is separated by only a curtain and they massage you through your clothes. It was a great massage for the price. We got this place recommended by a friend for a massage. I got together with some friends and told them about it. We decided to get together and go on a Sunday. we were greeted. We mention we needed few spots, she got us down. We loved the fact that this place was open on SUNDAY. Other than that we all felt they are all about the money, not about taking care of the client. The fact that they tell you how much of a percentage you have to leave for tips (higher than normal) makes you thing different. After finished and having lunch we were sharing our experiences as far as the massage and service. We all felt we were getting a rushed massage just to get it done with. You can not ask them to focused on a body area that you have pain or want more attention. They like a fixed time routine. We were honestly expecting more as we mention we wanted a deep tissue massage going deep. Initially we were going to do a section massage. She was like "no no no you want deep tissue you need full body". So we went that more expensive route. Not worth it read more
