For example asked for a quote on buffing out the gel coat on my boat, found it not done, yet was charged $400. It was quickly corrected by office staff, thank you Kari! Last year indoor storage was getting to be a bit too expensive as well so I went elsewhere. Come to find out rates have dropped significantly. I still may consider for next year, but I do get concerned if any work is done will they actually do what they say.
