I was told that the dispensary had contacted the company and that the wax was supposed to look that way, so they would not accept the return. The employee then told me to make sure I preheated the device and inhaled slowly, because otherwise I might not get much vapor from it. That already seemed like a strange warning for a brand-new disposable. After using it, the device became increasingly difficult to get a proper hit from. By the time it was about one-third used, I could barely get anything out of it, no matter how much I preheated it or how slowly I inhaled. A disposable should function properly without requiring constant troubleshooting. I understand that stores have return policies, but I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously, and I ended up stuck with a product that did not work reliably.

I found the selection of flower, concentrates, edibles, and topicals with THC and CBD adequate, without being overwhelming. Quality brands curated, displayed masterfully, and priced competitively. The customer service here is top-notch; someone is always helping you. This place never has anyone on their own, which is great, and they are always happy to help with your needs and your questions. I had multiple situations where I needed substitutions when an item ran out, and they always suggested the best substitute. My wife is always happy with their recommendation. They lowered the free delivery threshold to $40 minimum from $100. I tend to order delivery now so I can't really comment on wait times as I don't really go in anymore. I will say every blue moon there's an issue with deliveries. For example, things like the delivery drivers being out on lunch and having to wait 2 to 3 hours for a delivery. These are rare incidents though, most of the times delivery is smooth. I love the spot and hope they continue to thrive!
