I went to a new dispensary that opened recently that had really great reviews, so I could purchase a vape first time ever. The young lady at the counter was nice, but the security guard put me off, so i won't be going there again. So, I decided to go to WHTC for my second purchase. The only reason I didn't go there in first place was because it was a longer drive...literally 0.5 mile difference )I have to say that I was really happy about the customer service. My needs were fully met, instructions given clean and simple. I was not made aware at the first store that what I was getting was disposable, but they have battery operated one that will save me money in the long run. WHTC did all of that! Honest, cheaper than the other shop, much greater variety! And they freakin deliver????? Love it!!! read more

This is the total I got based off there website and discount. When the driver came he showed me a ticket of 69.62. So I called and talked to Robert, lol, he doesn't know how to conduct business. He continued to argue with me that the price I have from my online order was wrong and he couldn't take the heat and long story short he's unprofessional and when it came down to treating their patients with respect and dignity he completely ignored all that. And continued to tell me that I'm wrong and that I only have a 15% off when it clearly says 36% off. So either he's blind or just plain ignorant. Staff here is wishy washy. There are 1-2 guys that are usually pleasant when I come to this location but lately some of the bud tenders have been very rude. I have sent friends to this shop & they have all stated the same thing that some of the male bud tenders are a*holes with chips on their shoulders. I never understand how someone can be rude to a guest that's spending money in an establishment that the worker doesn't even own. The product itself is decent & if you get a decent bud tender (the skinny guy w/ the glasses & shoulder length black hair or the light skinned Hispanic looking guy I wish I knew their names) it's not a bad shop. I hope that this shop one day hires a more diverse staff that represents the local area & maybe then they will start treating everybody with respect. Used to be a shop I really enjoyed. Pre-ico, knowledgeable staff. They just lost my business over a parking space. Apparently someone moved a cone and their security guard was so adamant that I move even though no one is ever parked in that spot anyways. I'm usually in and out in 5 or less and there was an entire open parking lot. You might think never buying there again is petty, and I agree, but not as petty as demanding that I move rather than saying 'hey usually there's a cone there just don't park there next time' and I would've gladly adhered because sure whatever - but making me move is silly. It wasn't a security risk and I wasn't blocking any exits or handicap spaces or building exits. Just the 'principle' seemed to matter more than the customer. If it's that important, do your job and move the cone if it's supposed to be there, or don't do your job and lose a customer over a cone. read more

I mean its places like this that make the industry so hated. Received 2 items from WHTC. They were Terraform genetics terra og and cake batter og. This place, WHTC, is either the owner of this brand or is partnered with them as this the main brand on their menu at all times. I receive the items, open them and i am shocked! Its bod rot everywhere! A bunch of rotted small leaves everywhere. Plus the nugs are larfy as hell due to either heat stress or some other issue during flowering. The cake batter og is no different. Just as larfy . Both flowers are premature. I called and received absoluteyl no help at all. They hid behind, "the state doesnt let us do returns".. this is a lie! The cannabis bureau says you cant SELL the returned item but you can certainly refund a customer when they experience trash. He tried to use an analogy of milk at ralphs but obviously mental strength is not these guys' forte. At ralphs ROBERT, you can return your milk to ralphs. You dont have to go to the milk farm. Sad thing is that due to literally a $50 profit, these guys are going to blasted everywhere. I can see from the reviews this is an ongoing issue. read more
