Not to worry. I'd seen a review for 863 Enterprise and made arrangements to pick us up so far in advance, I worried they wouldn't remember us. Not to worry. Despite spotty cell service, the 13 hour time difference and the late arrival, Zack was there waiting! And he checked in via text along the way to let us know he had it covered. A real help when so much else is beyond our control. In fact I'd like to suggest a logo for him... 'Not to Worry Transfers!' I don't know how he did it but even I-4 traffic was tame and we made it to Lakeland in about an hour. If you travel, or if you have a fab trip planned, or even if you want to go to a nice restaurant or event in Tampa, Orlando, or even farther afield from Polk, Zack's your man! He even solved our inscrutable dilemma of leaving out of Tampa and returning to Orlando! There's plenty to worry about when travelling today. It's a comfort to know the airport trasnsfer bit isn't one of them.

Our driver was absolutely wonderful--he not only got us to the cruise port safely but also took the time to explain exactly where to go and what to expect for pickup after our cruise. When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days. I wouldn't be able to sleep the night before if I wasn't 100% certain that she would be picked up on time and transported safely to the airport. I found Walsh Airport Services online and saw the average 5-star rating with 23 reviews. The other companies that I found couldn't meet that kind of satisfaction rating. I called and scheduled my daughter's pick up with Tom. The pick-up location can be very difficult to find (off the street, the street is not numbered in sequential order, etc.). So, I gave Tom the details on how to find the place and he said that he would probably just pick her up and drive her himself, to make sure that none of the detailed instructions got lost in relaying them to someone else. We set up a 5:45 a.m. pick up and he said he would probably arrive by 5:40 a.m. (so they could drive away by 5:45 a.m.). I gave him my cell phone number and he said he would text my daughter to let her know when he was close. I left my phone out for her to use to text with him. I also gave him the landline phone number. He was on time, arriving at 5:40 a.m., just as he promised. After my daughter's flight, I asked her how it went. She said that the service was fabulous. Tom treated my daughter like a total VIP. She absolutely LOVED it! So not only was Tom reliable and punctual, but he also delivered fantastic service and made my daughter feel very special (which she is, of course! ) TL;DR: Reliable, Punctual, Superb Customer Service. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
