Unfortunately, there isn't a restroom around so be prepared! Otherwise, plenty of benches and a couple of tables, so get your pizza pies delivered here and enjoy a nice lunch!

The park also features beautiful views of the Narrows. It's one of my favorite places to catch sunset views. Only downside is the stench that emanates from the wastewater treatment plant nearby (since 1952). FYI, for those interested, you can enter a lottery to tour the wastewater treatment plant! Owl's Head Park has a rich and interesting history. Nonetheless, my daughter wanted to have some friends/family celebrate her birthday here. The park is a decent size park, where a lot of people have set-ups for birthdays. A short distance away, they have a play area for the children to do their thing. If you walk up a bit, you can get some nice anemic photos toward the water, during this part of the season, you may spot a cherry blossom tree, or two. Overall, it's a wonderful family oriented park. I'd say if you have children, a dog, a mate who enjoys walking, a couple friends who want a picnic and/or some quiet time, this park would definitely suit your needs!

Meeting up with friends, hopscotch, hula hooping, tic tac toe.. the good old days. We could stay out all day all night. What's great is to see kids playing ball, riding bikes and doing "kid stuff" and having a great time vs. glued to iPhones. The water fountain and small ponds (I think that's what they're called) are beautiful and there are plenty of opportunities for the perfect bird photographs. This is the perfect spot to hang out with some friends, get your steps in, or just processing emotions while listening to music. I couldn't believe that this was my first time even hearing about this place because of the great things that I had heard about it but I'm glad that I came and I would be more than happy to come back and bring some friends with me. I filed a complaint with 311. 2. They fail to secure the park at night and teens are breaking glass bottles everywhere, not safe for children. Needs a full-time security guard at night. 3. The teens turn over the full trash cans for fun. 4. The teens rip up the cork running track for fun. 5. The teens break the fences and gates for fun. 6. The park is not well maintained, litter everywhere. 7. The tennis courts are missing nets, the basket ball courts are missing nets. For upscale neighborhood of $1million dollar homes this is a disgrace.
