I mean, how and why couldn't they have some cash at hand for an event like this?!? For this alone, I'm deducting 2 stars. Then the wait. OMFG...it took about 15-20 minutes per pizza! So between my husband and I, it took a good 30+ minutes just to get the pizza. Then the pizza itself was so small for the pricing. $17 for a small sized pizza?!? WOW. The tortillas are double corn, dipped in oil and warmed on the grill. The meat was all pre-cooked and warmed on the grill (typical for any food truck). It was late in the day when I stopped in (3pm, they open at 11am). I would recommend an early visit, the carnitas had a "leftovers" taste to it. Overall a good taco, authentic and reasonable priced. You must order whatever Agua Fesca (fruit water) they have on hand. Today was the melon water and it was great.

We both liked the Cajun shrimp better. The cheese steak was good, but it definitely needed more sauce. Even on the shrimp one, the topping to potato ratio was a little off. We also tried some of the Chipotle chicken home fries which were delicious. Next time I would probably go for one of the sandwiches on naan instead of the potatoes. Their fillings are really good, you just don't get enough of the filling compared to the potato. This is definitely one of the more interesting food trucks in Charlotte. It's worth a try for sure!
