The repair tech called, day of the appointment, to check if we were available early and we received a text message when he arrived. Even though it was very cold he was able to do the repair work. He was 'here and gone' in what felt like 'no time at all'. Quick and easy process. Our insurance company was notified by us ahead of the appointment and we sent them all the info they needed. Safelite will bill them directly.
