I'm giving them 3 stars because my car was overall tinted but I'm disappointed for sure at the outcome. I came here asking to make my car darker (I had it tinted elsewhere) and Jesse assured me I wouldn't need to remove the previous tint and they could layer tint ontop. After picking up my car the first time, I noticed a lot of random dirt bubbles and marks inside the tint. I called Jesse back and he said no problem, to bring the car back in to have it handled. I dropped my car off again and it looks like nothing was done on the car but re-go over the area with soap and water. 1 big thing I had pointed out was there was a scratch that appeared on the passenger side that was there from the previous tint and Jesse explained layering it ontop essentially made the scratch more noticeable so I let it be. However upon looking at the car, it was very mid work. There is dirty all underneath the tint that was NOT there from the first tint job (I inspected the first tint job closely) so the windows were definitely not cleaned before layering the next tint ontop. A bunch of air bubbles all of over (again, I looked at my tint when I got it down at the first place and these bubbles and marks were not there) Also my car was left a mess everytime I got my car back from them (I put pictures of how my middle console looked upon pick-up) Customer service wise, they are very nice however their work is very mid. read more

I had my car tinted here and I would not recommend anyone to go here. They messed up on my car two times after the 2nd time they told me they didn't know what to tell me and that they would remove the tint and refund me but could only do so two weeks from then. So I had taken my car to Tint Shop RI (which I highly recommend for many reasons) where he removed the tint and applied new tint. Today I go back to JR to receive my refund that THEY offered me and they pretty much told me to go F**k my self. Very unprofessional and obviously do not stand by their word or work. read more

So this review is long over due. If I could give 0 stars I would! I came here in January 2019 to tint my 2019 Camry. Big Mistake!!! The tint is crinkled on the back windshield, granted you can only see it from the inside but not a perfect job. They also left water dripping all around the car, and the fabric where the back Windsheild is that protects the speakers was soaked with water! Worst of all the moron who put the tint on decided to measure and cut the size of the tint on my car and whatever they used to cut the tint, cut thru to paint job! There is a perfectly straight line cut into the top of the car that matches the length of the tinted strip on the front Windsheild and a curved line cut into the paint on the hood as well! The lines were so thin, similar to razor cuts, I didn't notice until I went to wash the car a week later. As I was drying the car with a towel, that's when I saw the damage. 2 months later the line on the top of the car has slightly widened, more noticeable and starting to rust. I've debated on wheather or not to go back and bring it to their attention but based of my first encounter with this place I highly doubt they will take responsibility for damaging the paint on a brand new car! The fact that I lease my cars and I won't be keeping it is probably the biggest reason I chose not to go back there and make myself more upset trying to deal with such an unprofessional place of business. Do yourself a favor! Pay a little more money and go to Sunset Tint & Sign in Cranston. That's where I brought my first lease to for tint. The only reason I didn't go back was because they are more pricey. The old saying goes, "You get what you pay for"! read more
