Do NOT give this place your business! You'll be sorry you did. I'd give it 0 stars If I could…read more I brought two new uniform shirts to have patches applied. I usually go to an establishment in the town I work for, but I thought I'd try local. First the man working the counter was disgusting. When I walked in a had to call out several times for someone and he came strolling up as if I was bothering him. I should have walked at that point. As he reaches for my shirts he pops a handful of greasy peanuts in his mouth. Really???? I definitely should have walked at this point. I physically showed him that the patch goes on the left sleeve and the rocker (a small crescent shaped patch) goes above. Ready Monday, $20. $20, really, seems kinda steep, but I need them. Maybe the place I usually go to cuts me a break? I had an uneasy feeling but took my ticket and left. Monday I got an obnoxious message that my shirts were ready. Eewwee, really? I was busy running around Monday I didn't get to it. My other half picked them up Tuesday morning. As he handed them to me, my face must have contorted, and he says to me, "I told him they weren't right" I hadn't even seen the patches were on wrong at this point. I was shocked that the shirts weren't pressed. To that he tells me, "The guy said you didn't want them pressed." What? I said they didn't need to be cleaned. I did not say do not press them. So back we go. Uniforms in hand I walk in and he asks how I am. I replyed, "Honestly I'm really unhappy at the moment. These patches are wrong. I showed you precisely were they go. And further more the shirts aren't pressed." He gets all defensive and had the audacity to blame it on my other half, because he took the shirts. And said again I didn't want them pressed! WHAT? Don't you dare blame him! They are my shirts and I showed you personally what was to be done. You should have corrected the situation before we even got there to pick up! And I've never heard of items not being pressed when they apply patches. He said he'd call the tailor, but it'd be a few more days and that he wasn't going to press the shirts, regardless of the inconvenience I was caused. After an exchange of a few choice words I grabbed the shirts from him and stormed out. All the while he is calling after me that it's my other half's fault!!!

Rude, obnoxious and mean man working there today. I was told that he was the new owner's cousin. OMG, he appeared to be drunk or otherwise impaired. He was yelling at a customer and the poor girl working the counter. I was nervous and scared. He started in on me telling me that he doesn't need me as a customer and that he makes the decisions over there. I grabbed my clothes and left shaking. I have never in my life encountered anything like this in a business establishment. I encourage anyone who has any clothes there to just pick them up now and never go back. These people should NOT be in business. PERIOD! NO STARS!!! NONE. It won't let me leave no stars. This place needs to shut down immediately!

I am currently at the above name store and I picked up a sweater that had very, very bad spots on…read morethe front. That I thought could never be removed. But when I looked at it closely, it was completely gone I'm going to tell all my friends about this experience. My sweater is completely clean and i'm excited to be able to wear it over the holidays also Also, the staff at the store was very, very helpful. And friendly, which I appreciate greatly.

I brought in a pair of satin pants to be hemmed for an all-white event. When I dropped them off,…read morethe male owner was very kind and professional. He was honest that the alteration might be difficult, asked me to send a photo of the original pants from Amazon so they could see how they were designed, and even pinned the length while explaining that if they couldn't do the alteration properly, they would let me know. I really appreciated his honesty and communication. My father-in-law was a tailor before he retired, so I understand the skill that goes into quality alterations. That's why I explained that I simply wanted the new hem to follow the original angled hemline rather than be cut straight across, preserving the shape of the pants. Unfortunately, my experience with the female owner, who performed the alterations, was much different. When I stopped by a couple of days later because I hadn't received the promised phone call, my pants were still sitting off to the side. As I explained again how I wanted the hem done, she repeatedly said it was "very difficult" over and over again. I told her several times that if she wasn't comfortable doing it, that was completely okay--I would rather hear "no" than have the pants altered incorrectly. She eventually agreed to do them but continued to emphasize how difficult they were. She kept repeating do not complain when it is done, do not complain. I told her I will if it's not done correctly. She also asked me to pay before the work was completed, which I politely declined. When I picked up the pants, the alteration itself was excellent. The hem was exactly what I had asked for, and I genuinely appreciate the quality of the workmanship. However, the pants had been attached to the hanger with safety pins, which left tiny holes in the satin fabric. I told her look you put holes in it. She just brushed me off. After I paid, I asked a quick question about pricing for future alterations, but I was she brushed me off because she was taking a personal phone call. As bad as her customer service was I was willing to ignore it for future alterations but after the brushing off, that put the icing on the cake for me. The quality of the tailoring deserves recognition, and I would never take that away from them. Unfortunately, the customer service from the female owner did not match the quality of the work. I hope the customer experience improves because the craftsmanship is definitely there.
